摘要: A control device for an electric power steering device includes an inverter converting direct current voltage into alternating current voltage, and apply to a synchronous motor; and a controller for converting three-phase current flowing in the synchronous motor into d-axis and q-axis currents, performing proportional integral control for a deviation between q-axis current command and the q-axis current so that the q-axis current follows the q-axis current command, to calculate q-axis voltage command, performing proportional integral control to calculate d-axis voltage command, converting the d-axis and q-axis voltage commands into three-phase voltage command, and controlling the inverter based on the three-phase voltage command. A q-axis proportional gain used in the proportional integral control for the q-axis current is obtained using a time constant of a q-axis current control system, a q-axis or d-axis inductance, and a constant greater than zero and less than one.

摘要: A steering control device is configured to control a steering system including a turning mechanism that includes a motor configured to generate a motor torque that serves as power for moving a turning shaft to turn turning wheels of a vehicle. The steering control device includes a control unit configured to control a target control value serving as a target of a control value for controlling the motor torque of the motor. The control unit is configured to perform compensation for the target control value; acquire an offset value; and change the target control value such that the acquired offset value decreases gradually.

摘要: A steer-by-wire steering device includes a first member, a second member, and stoppers. The first member is rotatable together with the input shaft, and includes a first protrusion protruding from the input shaft in the radial direction. The second member includes a second protrusion protruding on the trajectory of the first protrusion, and is rotatable together with the first member with the first protrusion being abutting the second protrusion. The stoppers are provided at respective positions capable of abutting on the trajectory of the second protrusion only when the second member is rotated by the first member.

摘要: An embodiment relates to a motor comprising: a shaft; a rotor coupled to the shaft; and a stator disposed on the outside of the rotor, wherein the stator comprises a stator core, an insulator disposed on the stator core, and a coil wound around the insulator, and the stator core is formed by arranging a plurality of unit stator cores in the circumferential direction, and a welded portion is formed by welding regions where unit yokes of the unit stator cores meet each other on the upper side and the lower side of the stator core. Accordingly, cogging torque and torque ripple of the motor may be reduced.
