    摘要: A torsional vibration damping arrangement for a drivetrain of a vehicle includes a carrier arrangement that is rotatable around an axis of rotation, a deflection mass movable in a circumferential direction relative to the carrier arrangement, and at least one radially extending, elastically deformable restoring element by which the carrier arrangement and the deflection mass are coupled to be rotatable relative to one another. A supporting element is associated with the restoring element and movable radially relative to the restoring element by which the restoring element is supported in circumferential direction with respect to the carrier arrangement at a radial position of the supporting element. A stiffness of the coupling between the carrier arrangement and the deflection mass which is brought about in circumferential direction by the restoring element has an abrupt course at least one radial position of the supporting element.

    摘要: Torsional vibration dampers having isolator members (crankshaft damper-isolators) are disclosed that include a hub defining an annular receptacle, a pulley body having a belt engaging surface, a damper assembly disposed between an outermost radial surface of the hub and the pulley body, an isolator member seated in the annular receptacle of the hub, and a slide bearing disposed between an outer radial surface of the hub and the sleeve of the pulley body. The isolator member is engaged with both the hub and the pulley body for rotation therewith when the hub and pulley body rotate at the same speed and when the hub rotates relative to the pulley body. The isolator member may be an elastomeric isolator or a torsion spring isolator. The slide bearing axially retains the pulley body to the hub and allows the pulley body to rotate relative to the hub.

    摘要: A torsional vibration damping arrangement, comprises at least one deflection mass pendulum unit with a rotatable carrier, a deflection mass, a deformable restoring element, a supporting element which provides the carrier supporting region, wherein a distance between the carrier supporting region and the deflection mass supporting region can be varied through movement of the supporting element at the carrier, and the supporting element is preloaded in direction of a radially inner base position and is displaceable radially outward against the preloading under centrifugal force action wherein that a radial distance of the supporting element from the base position increases degressively with increasing centrifugal force action at least in one rotational speed range and/or in that a spring stiffness of the restoring element increases progressively at least in one rotational speed range through centrifugal force-induced displacement of the supporting element.

    摘要: A vibration and noise damper for wheels of rail vehicles, to which wheels it is fastened with screws, pins, or rivets, which comprises of at least two segments formed by a supporting part (2) for gripping to the wheel (1), a pushing part (3) and a damping part (4), where the pushing part (3) is connected by means of bolts (9) with the supporting part (2) and is formed either by a single metal or composite element, or it is directly integral part of the damping part (4) and where the damping part (4) is formed in the direction away from the wheel (1) rim of a strain pliable metal or composite layer (4a), of a viscoelastic layer (4b), and possibly of other metal or composite layer (4c), wherein in compressed state the damping part (4) is placed between the pushing part. (3) and the wheel (1) rim. Preferably, the supporting part (2) is formed of metal or composite material. Also preferable is the embodiment when thermally insulating pads (5) are arranged between the supporting part (2) and the wheel (1) and/or between the fastening material for attaching the supporting part (2) to the wheel (1) and the wheel (1). The viscoelastic layer (4h) in the damping part (4) can comprise glass fibres and/or ceramic fibres and can be provided with a set of holes (4d) and/or radial cuts (4e) of various shape, wherein their number, size and arrangement are different for individual designs of the dampers in relevance to their shape.

    摘要: A module flexible ligament damper includes an cylindrical inner structure with a central axis and an outer cylindrical surface. An outer casing with an inner cylindrical surface is positioned around the inner structure. A modular ligament with an inner flange and an outer flange connected by a web is positioned between the inner structure and the casing. The inner flange is connected to the inner structure and the outer flange is connected to the casing to support the inner structure within the casing, and to permit free orbital movement of the inner structure on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the inner structure. In one embodiment, the web is straight but does not intersect the axis of the inner structure for flexing in a radial direction. In other embodiments, the web is curved for radial flexing.
