The present invention discloses a solar cell including a substrate; a solar converting layer, which is configured on the substrate; and wherein the solar converting layer is formed with non-planar to increase surface area. The solar cell includes light condensing devices formed over the solar converting layer. The light condensing devices includes organic material or inorganic material. The solar converting layer includes a first type semiconductive layer with a recessed structure; a second type semiconductive layer is formed over the first type semiconductive layer, and refilled into the recessed structure.

A color image projector includes a sequence light color control module; a light guiding structure; a plurality of mono-light sources coupled to the color-light control unit for emitting light of the plurality of mono-light sources in sequence, and wherein the plurality of mono-light sources located at three sides of the light guiding structure; a gray scale display correspondingly configured to a fourth side of the light guiding structure and for displaying gray scale image, and whereby forming red, green, blue images in sequence by the plurality of single-color light sources; and a projection lens correspondingly configured to the display for projecting the red, reen, and blue images sequentially, whereby forming color images by visible persistence.

The present invention discloses a method of transmitting three dimensional information. The method includes providing a remote server having a three dimensional image database, and a local terminal device coupled to the remote server via network, wherein the local terminal device includes a stereo image display. The local terminal device transmits a request command for three dimensional images to the remote server through the network, followed by sending the desired three dimensional images to the local terminal device through the network.

The present invention discloses a method of forming Peltier diodes comprising providing a substrate and forming a conductive pattern over the substrate. An isolation layer is formed over the conductive pattern; followed by forming cavities in the isolation layer and refilling a semiconductor layer into the cavities, thereby forming a first and a second semiconductors, wherein the first and second semiconductors are formed by silicon or III-V group material; A Peltier junction is formed on the isolation layer to connect the first and the second semiconductors, thereby forming the Peltier diodes, wherein electricity is applied to the Peltier diodes for transferring heat.

The present invention discloses a multi-band antenna, especially a fractal antenna which allows a convenient reception of a signal for communication. The multi-band behavior is obtained by a set of geometry patterns of the same basic elements. The materials of the antenna may be formed by a chemical solution or a sputtering vacuum deposition process. An additional passivation layer can be added to protect the conducting layer of the antenna. Materials for this passivation layer are made, for instance, of oxide, or any other polymeric material, polymer, or resin coating on the structure.
