A semiconductor EEPROM device and a method for making it are achieved. The EEPROM device is a novel twin-bit cell structure with adjacent floating gates having a common control gate and common bit-line contact in each cell area. In each cell area a first and second floating gate is formed. Source areas are formed in the substrate adjacent to the outer edges of the floating gates and a drain area is formed between and adjacent to the floating gates. A gate oxide is formed over the floating gates. A control gate is formed over the drain area and patterned to also partially extend over the floating gates. The control gate is also patterned to provide a recess for a bit-line contact to the drain area. The recess results in reduced cell area and the non-critical overlay of the control gate over the floating gates results in relaxed overlay alignment.

The invention provides polyurethane components and compositions capable of providing internal mold release properties in SRIM applications. The polyol composition of the invention has an isocyanate reactive polyol (A) having a number average molecular weight from 100 to about 10,000 and an effective amount of internal mold release composition (B) having a silicon-containing polymer (a) and an epoxidized ester (b). The invention further provides an SRIM polyurethane composition useful in the preparation of molded polyurethane articles having internal mold release properties, the composition comprising an isocyanate component (I) and the isocyanate reactive polyol composition (component (II)) disclosed above. In another aspect of the invention, the invention provides methods of using the claimed compositions as well as the rigid cellular polyurethane SRIM articles resulting from such processes.

The present invention is to provide a dynamic power control circuit for a wireless communication device, which comprises a power detector, a comparator, a low pass filter and an adder disposed between a radio frequency auto-gain control circuit and an antenna thereof. A reference voltage is imposed on the adder to enable the power detector to detect and output signal voltage to the comparator which compares the received voltage with a specified received voltage limit and outputs a reference voltage to the low pass filter for filtering out the noise of the reference voltage and outputting it to the adder. The adder then adds the reference voltage and the specified reference voltage, and outputs the result to the radio frequency auto-gain control circuit for controlling the output power corresponding to the strength of the received signals.
