    摘要: Non-volatile memory devices include a tunnel insulating layer on a channel region of a substrate, a charge-trapping layer pattern on the tunnel insulating layer and a first blocking layer pattern on the charge-trapping layer pattern. Second blocking layer patterns are on the tunnel insulating layer proximate sidewalls of the charge-trapping layer pattern. The second blocking layer patterns are configured to limit lateral diffusion of electrons trapped in the charge-trapping layer pattern. A gate electrode is on the first blocking layer pattern. The second blocking layer patterns may prevent lateral diffusion of the electrons trapped in the charge-trapping layer pattern.

Particularly, entrapped β-cyclodextrin polymers are prepared by adding epichlorohydrin to β-cyclodextrin to prepare a polymer in a gel state, entrapping the polymer by entrapment of metal ions on the surface of the polymer and pulverizing the entrapped polymer to prepare powders. According to the entrapped β-cyclodextrin polymers, steroid hormones contained in a biological sample can be simply extracted without using an additional device required in conventional solid-phase extraction.

A rear substrate is arranged parallel with the front substrate, the rear substrate having address electrodes crossing the sustain discharge electrodes. An upper dielectric layer buries the sustain discharge electrodes. A lower dielectric layer buries the address electrodes. A barrier rib is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The barrier rib has discharge spaces between the front substrate and the rear substrate and has a circumferential region formed at a lower height than a height of its central region. A frit is arranged spaced along a circumference of the barrier rib to attach the rear substrate to the front substrate.

    摘要: A fuel cell with a recovering unit and a method of driving the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the fuel cell includes i) an electric generator to generate electricity based on electrochemical reaction, ii) a recovering unit to recover and mix the fuel, unreacted fuel, and gas and water produced by the electrochemical reaction, and supply the mixed fuel to the electric generator, wherein the recovering unit comprises a valve, configured to discharge gas, which is selectively opened and closed depending on the operation of the fuel cell. With this configuration, the gas or the fuel is not introduced into the electric generator, even though the recovering unit is inclined or turned over. Further, even though the fuel cell is not in use for a long time, the mixed fuel is prevented from evaporating through the discharging pipe.

    摘要: The present invention is related to a system which is portable and attache the body of a trainee so that the trainee can practice navigating of a model airplane at an arbitrary location, contrary to the system of a large-sized airplane. According to an object of the present invention there is provided a trainee navigates a model airplane virtually by simulating a model airplane using a computer by combining the three-dimensional virtual image of a model airplane and the actual image of the training site by a computer. The simulation method of a radio-controlled model airplane of the present invention is comprising the steps of recording various airplane models into the computer system; simulating the airplane model by processing signals received from the controller; producing images by rendering the results of signal processing of the simulation step; showing images which are to appear in two eyes of the user at both indicators of HMD(head-mounted display) or STHMD(see-through head-mounted display) in order to convert produced images to be three-dimensional; and producing the unique sound of the corresponding airplane model in three dimensions and listening the sound to the headphone of HMD or STHMD.
