One or more prosthesis sensors are provided that break a gait cycle down into a plurality of gait phases. EMG sensors provide signals to a processor that directs them to a gait phase specific classifier that is used to determine a particular locomotion mode for the wearer. With the locomotion mode accurately known, the prosthetic device can be accurately controlled.

    摘要: A rhizopus oryzae strain, mutagenesis and screening methods thereof, and methods of producing fumaric acid by fermentation. The strain is named as Rhizopus oryzae ME-F13, and deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection with depository number CCTCC M 2010351. The strain is obtained by physically mutagenizing the original strain ME-F12 through ion injection, culturing the processed bacteria on the solid selective plate containing 2-D-deoxylucose (2-DG) and picking up 2-DG-resistant single colony. The strain is capable of simultaneously saccharifying starchy material and fermenting it to produce fumaric acid. With an improved enzymatic activity, the strain can be directly used to ferment raw starchy materials without needing pre-saccharifying.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method of improving the fermentation yield of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in which Schizochytrium limacinum is used as production strain to produce polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), and glycine betaine or trehalose is added to the fermentation medium. In the present invention, after Schizochytrium limacinum fermentation system is treated with exogenous glycine betaine, the yield of PUFA produced by fermentation with Schizochytrium limacinum can be greatly improved. The present invention significantly improves the yield of PUFA produced by microorganism, reduces the cost without harming the environment, and saves manpower and material resources by simple and effective regulation of fermentation, and thus the method is simple, convenient and cost-effective.

    摘要: A self-adaptive control method for logical strips based on a multi-channel solid-state non-volatile storage device is provided. The method includes the following steps. Storage space of every channel is divided into a plurality of storage units of equal size. At least one logical strip is set by which the storage units with discrete physical addresses across the channels are organized into a continuous logical space, and a logical strip variable is set for determining the storage units organized by the logical strip. Historical operation information of the storage device is obtained statistically, and the logical strip variable is dynamically adjusted according to the obtained operation information. During data interaction, the data is divided according to the logical strip variable, the divided data is mapped to the storage units of every channel, and parallel reading and writing operations are performed among the channels.
