Abstract:
A communication control method according to the present invention is a method for receiving an MBMS service. a communication control method comprises: a step A of transmitting to the first cell, by a UE 100 in a connected state in cell A belonging to PLMN 1, information for transitioning from the connected state to an idle state, when it is determined that an MBMS service in which UE 100 is interested is distributed through PLMN 2; and a step B of receiving, by UE 100 that has transitioned from connected state to idle state, MBMS service from cell B, after reselecting cell B belonging to PLMN 2.
Abstract:
A communication control method according to the present invention comprises: a step A of notifying, by UE 100 in a connected state, a MME/S-GW300 of RAT information on an MDT support RAT that is a radio access technology (RAT) on which the user terminal supports an MDT measurement; and a step B of setting to the UE 100, by network device, a PLMN (public land mobile network) list indicating a public land mobile network that permits MDT measurement, on the basis of RAT information.
Abstract:
In a case where a first connection for downlink through which downlink data is transmitted from an eNB 200-1 to a UE 100 and a second connection for uplink through which uplink data is transmitted from the UE 100 to an eNB 200-2 have been established, the UE 100 transmits down feedback information to the eNB 200-1 and receives up feedback information from the eNB 200-2.
Abstract:
A communication control method is used in a mobile communication system that supports cellular communication in which a data path passes through a core network, and D2D communication that is direct device-to-device communication in which a data path does not pass through the core network. The communication control method comprises: a transmission step of transmitting, by a first user terminal that camps on a cell of a first base station, a discovery-use signal related to the discovery of a proximal terminal be capable of a communication partner of the D2D communication; and a notification step of notifying, by a communication device, the first base station of interference information related to the received discovery-use signal in response to the communication device receiving the discovery-use signal.
Abstract:
A user equipment, method, and apparatus for controlling user equipment receive, from a base station included in a network, a radio resource control (RRC) release message that causes the user equipment to transition to an RRC inactive state in which context information of the user equipment is maintained in the network. The RRC inactive state is a different state from an RRC connected state and an RRC idle state, and the RRC release message includes information indicating a value of a timer used for performing an RRC resume procedure. The timer is started upon receiving the RRC release massage, and the RRC resume procedure is performed when the timer expires.
Abstract:
A communication control method, user equipment and apparatus thereof include transmitting, to a base station by a user equipment, first information on a priority of a data pack to be transmitted from the user equipment via direct communication in which the data packet is transmitted to another user equipment without passing through the base station. The first information assists the base station in scheduling transmission resources for the direct communication. The method, user equipment and apparatus also include transmitting a request for requesting transmission resources for the direct communication to the base station by the user equipment, and receiving by the user equipment from the base station second information indicating transmission resources for the direct communication scheduled by the base station.
Abstract:
A radio terminal according to one embodiment comprises: a controller configured to establish a direct first connection between the radio terminal and a base station; and a receiver configured to receive a first message from the base station. The first message is a message for restricting the radio terminal from transmitting uplink information to the base station via the first connection. The receiver receives the first message transmitted from the base station when a second connection for relay is established between a relay terminal connected to the base station and the radio terminal.
Abstract:
A mobile communication method starts, at a user equipment, a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation with a DRX cycle having an On duration in which a downlink signal transmitted from a radio base station is to be monitored and an Off duration other than the On duration in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state where a RRC connection is established between the user equipment and the radio base station. The method determines, at the user equipment, a first DRX cycle to be configured to the user equipment. The Off duration of the first DRX cycle is greater than that of a second DRX cycle currently configured to the user terminal. The method transmits, from the user equipment to the radio base station, first information indicating the first DRX cycle, and the radio base station uses the first information to configure parameters for the RRC connected state to the user equipment.
Abstract:
A UE (100) receives a handover command from a source cell to perform a handover to a target cell in response to the handover command. The handover command includes a notification indicating omitting a random access procedure during the handover. The UE (100) omits, in response to the notification, the random access procedure during the handover.
Abstract:
A network apparatus according to an embodiment performs communication with a user terminal comprising a first communication unit configured to perform communication using a first radio access technology and a second communication unit configured to perform communication using a second radio access technology, by using the first access technology. The network apparatus comprises: a receiver configured to receive, from the user terminal, authentication related information on a country where the user terminal is legally authenticated for transmission by the second communication unit; and a controller configured to determine, based on the authentication related information, whether or not communication by the second communication unit can be configured to the user terminal.
