摘要： A system interrelating a program to be broadcast with a CM stored on a network 5 is implemented. The CMs (second contents) stored on the network 5 are each assigned a URL, while the program (first content) to be broadcast is embedded with tag information, which is used to specify the URL of the CM to be interrelated with the program for reproduction and output. Based on the tag information embedded in the received program, a TV commerce terminal 1 specifies any one URL and then fetches the CM having the URL assigned.

摘要： In a content delivery system including a server and content processing apparatus connected to each other across a network, a content delivered by the system is encrypted with a content key Kc, and supplied along with a sublicense encrypted with a work key Kw to a DTV. The sublicense includes a second use condition under which a content is used and a content key Kc for decrypting an encrypted content. The work key Kw for decrypting an encrypted content is included in a main license. The main license is supplied to the DTV separately from the content. The main license includes, in addition to the work key Kw, a first use condition under which a content under a subscription contract is used.

摘要： An IC card (processing terminal) divides a process into process blocks, and holds a time period required for processing each process block. A receiver (receiving terminal) notifies the IC card of a time period which can be spent for processing non-real-time process data when causing the IC card to perform the processing. The IC card processes the process blocks which can be processed within the notified time period. After the processing, the IC card once sends a response back to the receiver, and then transitions into a state in which it can receive a new request. Accordingly, it becomes possible for the IC card to process real-time process data such as an ECM. In the case where the receiver continues the suspended processing, it notifies the IC card of the continuation of the processing so that it causes the IC card to continue the processing of non-real-time process data.

摘要： A scramble system of the present invention including a scramble apparatus and a descramble apparatus is applied to a recording and reproducing system or a transmission and receiving system wherein a frame of a digital video signal composed of a plurality of frames is divided into a plurality of predetermined fundamental video blocks corresponding to recording and reproducing processes. Either one of the recording and reproducing system and the transmission and receiving system executes a reconstruction process such as an interpolation process, a high speed playback process or the like. The scramble apparatus executes a scramble process on the inputted digital video signal in the identical processing manner using the fundamental video blocks in the identical position in each of the frames and generates a scrambled video signal, while the descramble apparatus effects reverse conversion of the scramble process executed by the scramble apparatus using the fundamental video blocks on the scrambled video signal generated by the scramble apparatus.

摘要： A method for using a film formation apparatus includes performing a main cleaning process and a post cleaning process in this order inside a reaction chamber. The main cleaning process is arranged to supply a cleaning gas containing fluorine into the reaction chamber while exhausting gas from inside the reaction chamber, thereby etching a film formation by-product containing silicon. The post cleaning process is arranged to remove a silicon-containing fluoride generated by the main cleaning process and remaining inside the reaction chamber and to alternately repeat, a plurality of times, supplying an oxidizing gas into the reaction chamber to transform the silicon-containing fluoride into an intermediate product by oxidization, and supplying hydrogen fluoride gas into the reaction chamber while exhausting gas from inside the reaction chamber to remove the intermediate product by a reaction between the hydrogen fluoride gas and the intermediate product.
