摘要: The plant sterol-containing fat composition of the present invention contains a plant sterol fatty acid ester (A); and from 10 to 70% by weight of a partial glyceride (B). It can provide a cholesterol absorption inhibiting effect, and capable of ensuring no addition of an emulsifier or a reduction in amount of the emulsifier to be added when utilized for production of fat foods in the emulsion product form such as margarines, fat spreads, and whip creams, whereby an emulsion product having no or reduced flavor characteristic of the emulsifier can be obtained.

摘要: The present invention provides a column-and-beam join structure which absorbs energy caused by a large earthquake or the like by split tees surely yielding at a prescribed value, does not cause other members to fracture, and thus makes it possible to replace only the split tees which have become unusable, and, more specifically, a column-and-beam join structure constructed by attaching and connecting, using bolts 9, the ends 8a of both the upper and lower flanges 8 of a steel beam (H-shaped steel beam) 7 between the webs 6 of a pair of upper and lower split tees 4 the flanges 5 of which are connected to a steel column 1 using bolts 3. The upper limit of the yield stress of the steel material used for the split tees 4 is defined to be not more than twice the lower limit thereof. Further, in order for the web 6 extending from the flange 5 of a split tee 4 in the axial direction of an H-shaped steel beam 7 to absorb earthquake energy by its plasticization, the cross-sectional area of the web 6 is reduced partially and the base end portion 6a of the web 6 is divided from the tip portion 6b which is connected to the flange 8 of the H-shaped steel beam 7.

摘要: An apparatus has a pulse light source for emitting light pulses with varying light quantities, an illumination optical system for radiating the light pulses from the source onto a predetermined illumination region on a mask on which a transfer pattern is formed, and a projection optical system for projecting an image of the pattern onto a predetermined exposure region on a substrate, and which synchronously scans the mask and the substrate during the projection. The apparatus includes a measuring device for detecting intensities of the light pulses radiated onto the substrate during the scanning and measuring an integrated light quantity on each of a plurality of partial regions in the exposure region on the substrate on the basis of a detection signal of the intensities, wherein the partial regions are defined by a scanning speed of the photosensitive substrate and an oscillation interval of the light pulses. The apparatus further includes an adjusting device for adjusting an intensity of the next light pulse to be radiated onto the mask on the basis of a difference between a target integrated light quantity and the measured integrated light quantity on each of the partial regions when some light pulses are radiated onto the mask.

摘要: Light from an alignment illumination system having a flash lamp is bent by a beam splitter to be illuminated onto an alignment mark on a wafer through a microscope optical system. An alignment signal treatment system reads output values from wafer stage interfermoters at the same time the flashing light is emitted from the flash lamp of the alignment illumination system. Since an image of the alignment mark focused on an imaging element is generated only when the flashing light is emitted, X, Y coordinate values representing a position of a wafer stage upon emission of the flashing light indicate X, Y coordinate values of the position of the wafer stage at the time when the image of the alignment mark is measured by the imaging element. An imaging element such as a CCD images a wafer alignment mark multiple times in synchronization with emission of pulse light while shifting a wafer stage. A plurality of image data are sampled and stored. A position of the wafer stage upon emission of the pulse light is measured by interferometers and stored. When the plurality of image data are added, a shift amount of the wafer stage is taken into consideration. For example, if the shift amount of the wafer stage within a time period between two successive light emissions corresponds to two pixels, the image data are deviated by two pixels. The signal may also be deviated by interpolation calculation.
