    摘要: In order to realize cost reduction in a gear pump apparatus by reducing form accuracy of a gear while securing pump performance, a running-in coating is provided on a tooth sliding contact portion when forming a confinement area in at least one of gears of the gear pump apparatus. By this feature, the running-in coating is gradually worn away and deformed according to rotary drive of the pump, and thus it is possible to obtain an optimal gear form in meshing combinations of the gears. Further, it is possible to reduce leakage inside the pump to secure the pump performance even if the form accuracy of the gear is reduced for the sake of the cost reduction.

    摘要: A thin-film magnetic head is capable of securing an insulating property and minimizing the projection of a recording element section due to heat expansion. The thin-film magnetic head includes a pair of magnetic layers disposed with a predetermined gap therebetween on a surface facing a recording medium. The layers are connected to each other along an inner part in a height direction from the medium-facing surface. A spiral recording coil is disposed between the pair of magnetic layers and wound around a connecting portion of the pair of magnetic layers. The recording coil includes a dense coil portion formed with a pitch smaller than that of the inner part in the height direction so as to be closer to the medium-facing surface than the connecting portion. An organic insulating layer is locally formed to fill coil gaps of the dense coil portion, and coil gaps other than those of the dense coil portion are filled with an inorganic insulating layer.

    摘要: In a power steering system comprising a power cylinder for assisting a steering power of a steering mechanism, a hydraulic pump for supplying a hydraulic pressure to the power cylinder, a first oil passage and a second oil passage connecting the power cylinder and the hydraulic pump respectively, a motor for driving the hydraulic pump, and power steering control means for calculating a command value to the motor based on the steering torque, a flow rate of the working oil supplied from a high-pressure side oil passage to a low-pressure side oil passage is restrained at the transition from the end of the steering state (lock end) of the steering mechanism to the returning. The flow-rate restraint increasingly corrects a driving current of the motor in the steering direction or limits the flow rate of the working oil.

The magnetic sensor elements 1a of the magnetic line sensor 1 are sequentially selected by a scanning circuit 3, a signal from the selected sensor element 1a is processed into a digital signal through an amplifier 4, and an analog-to-digital converting circuit 5. By a calculation processing circuit 6, a distribution of magnetic fields applied to the magnetic line sensor 1 are measured to calculate the position and/or angle of the magnetic generating element 2.

    摘要: A phosphor screen is formed on an inner surface of a face portion whose outer surface is substantially flat. A shadow mask faces the phosphor screen. The shadow mask includes a perforated portion having a plurality of apertures, a non-perforated portion formed on a periphery of the perforated portion and a skirt portion formed on a periphery of the non-perforated portion. The non-perforated portion includes a pair of longer side portions each having an outer bead and an inner bead that are adjacent to each other and a pair of shorter side portions each having the outer bead and an inner bead that are adjacent to each other. In each of the pair of longer side portions, the spacing between the outer bead and the inner bead is at least 2 mm. This makes it possible to suppress wavy wrinkles generated in the perforated portion, so that the image quality of a color picture tube can be improved.

    摘要: A power steering system includes a hydraulic power cylinder having a first and a second hydraulic chambers, for assisting a steering force of a steering mechanism, a first and a second oil passages respectively connected to the first and second hydraulic chambers, a reversible pump discharging operating oil and providing oil pressure to the hydraulic power cylinder through the first and second oil passages, and a motor connected to the reversible pump and rotating the reversible pump in normal and reverse directions. A steering load detection unit detects a steering load of a steering wheel for steering of the steered road wheels, and a motor control unit outputs a control signal to the motor to bring an actual oil pressure generated by the reversible pump closer to a desired oil pressure determined based on the detected steering load. A discharge amount per rotation of the reversible pump is smaller than or equal to 5 cc.
