摘要： In an electrostatic head, each of electrostatic actuators includes a diaphragm doubling as or including a first electrode forming a wall surface of a discharge room communicating with a nozzle discharging a drop, and a second electrode opposing the first electrode. The diaphragm is deformed by generating an electrostatic force between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrodes or the second electrodes of the electrostatic actuators are combined electrically. Differently polarized potentials are applied to the first electrode and the second electrode upon discharging the drop.

摘要： The present device, which corrects parameters indicating the respective acceleration directions indicated by an acceleration sensor contained in a specific device, is comprised of: an acceleration sensing unit (11) that detects acceleration; an evaluation unit (12) that judges an action/posture, using patterns in changes in acceleration obtained from the acceleration sensor, when a person wearing the specific device acts; a parameter storage unit (15) that stores parameters to be used when the evaluation unit (12) makes a judgment; a correction trigger unit (31) that transmits, to the acceleration sensing unit (11) and an attachment position judgment unit (32), a signal indicating that parameter correction is to start, upon detection that the wearer or the like has pressed a correction trigger button; and a parameter correction unit (14) that reads out parameters stored in the parameter storage unit (15) based on a selection by the attachment position selection unit (13), and corrects the parameters in accordance with the attachment position so as to output the corrected parameters to the evaluation unit (12).

摘要： It is possible to blast air on a surface portion of a measured object from a hole of pressing means, project illumination light in a concentric pattern with an optical element and shoot the measured object with a CCD so as to visually grasp hardness distribution on the surface portion from distortion of the concentric pattern displayed on an observed image. As for the hardness distribution, it is possible to detect luminance distribution of a measured object image obtained by the CCD so as to display the concentric pattern which is the luminance distribution as a conspicuous representation of the hardness distribution. And the luminance distribution can also be represented in the concentric pattern by multiplying a luminance value by an overflowing coefficient.

摘要： Semiconductor device chips manufacturing and inspecting method is disclosed in which a semiconductor wafer is cut into individual LSI chips. The LSI chips are rearranged and integrated into a predetermined number. The cut LSI chips are integrated in a jig having openings with a size commensurate with the dimensions of the LSI chip. At least one part of the jig having such openings has a coefficient of thermal expansion that is approximately equal to that of the LSI chips. The integrated predetermined number of chips are subjected to an inspection process in a subsequent inspection step thereby improving efficiency and reducing cost.

摘要： The present invention provides apparatus for detecting the integrated value of current flow, apparatus for detecting the value of current flow and a battery pack employing those apparatus each of which becomes insensitive to the offset in an operational amplifier. Each apparatus and the battery pack includes: a current sensor resistor inserted in series with a current path; an integrator; an input status selector; an integration capacitor connected to the integrator; and a connection-polarity inverter of the integration capacitor provided between the integrator and the integration capacitor. The input status selector switches alternately so as to provide two statuses of a status a and a status b at intervals of a predetermined time which are equal to one another, and in the status a, introduces therethrough the voltage which corresponds to the battery current value and which is developed across terminals of the current sensor resistor into an input of the integrator, while in the status b, inverts the polarity of the current sensor voltage developed across the terminals of the current sensor resistor to introduce therethrough the resultant voltage into the input of the integrator, or to introduce therethrough the voltage of zero to the input of the integrator.
