摘要: A plane transformer has both a primary plane coil and secondary plane coils fitted in a fitting groove formed on a substrate composed of a magnetic substance. At least either of the primary plane coil and the secondary plane coils is separated into two, so that an output voltage is variably controlled by changing the numbers of turns of the primary and secondary plane coils. The plane transformer can be small in size and thickness, reduces generated heat, and hardly emits electromagnetic noises.

摘要: A receptacle optical module including a fixed housing adapted to be fixed to a mother board (substrate); an optical semiconductor assembly having an optical semiconductor chip for performing conversion between an optical signal and an electrical signal; a plurality of lead pins fixed to the fixed housing for mechanically fixing the fixed housing to the mother board and electrically connecting the optical semiconductor chip to the mother board; a movable housing pivotably provided on the fixed housing for supporting the optical semiconductor assembly; and a receptacle mechanism for detachably holding an optical connector in the movable housing so as to optically connect the optical semiconductor chip to the optical connector. With this configuration, the movable housing for supporting the optical semiconductor assembly is pivotably provided on the fixed housing, so that the optical connector can be easily attached/detached, and possible bending of the lead pins due to attachment/detachment of the optical connector is suppressed.

摘要: A matte paint film includes a synthetic resin component as a paint film forming primary element, and silica particles having an average particles size D.sub.1 in a range of D.sub.1 .ltoreq.2 .mu.m and synthetic resin particles having an average particle size D.sub.2 in a range of 8 m.ltoreq.D.sub.2 .ltoreq.50 .mu.m as a matting agent. The weight proportion Pw of matting agent incorporated per 100 parts by weight of the synthetic resin component is set in a range of 20 parts by weight.ltoreq.Pw.ltoreq.100 parts by weight. The weight ratio Wr (W.sub.1 /W.sub.2) of the weight W.sub.1 of silica particles incorporated in the matting agent to the weight W.sub.2 of synthetic resin particles incorporated in the matting agent is set in a range of 20/80.ltoreq.Wr.ltoreq.70/30, and the thickness t of the paint film is set in a range of 8 .mu.m.ltoreq.t.ltoreq.30 .mu.m. A 60.degree. incident ray L.sub.1 is absorbed and/or irregularly reflected mainly by the silica particles in the film surface. On the other hand, a 85.degree. incident ray L.sub.2 is irregularly reflected and/or absorbed mainly by the synthetic resin particles partially protruding on the film surface and the silica particles deposited on the surfaces of such synthetic resin particles.

摘要: A thermal recording system having a plurality of thermal elements, accurately records and erases images on a recording medium. The images are recorded on or erased from the recording medium by selectively supplying the recording energy or erasing energy to the thermal elements. The system calculates a dot ratio concerning the proportion of the total value of mark dots and space dots to the number of total dots, in a reference area on the recording medium. Moreover, the system has a plurality of weighting tables in accordance with the dot ratio, the weighting tables include correction value respectively. The system selects one of the weighting tables and control the recording energy and the erasing energy to be supplied to the thermal elements, with reference to the correction value of the selected weighting table.

摘要: A printing system for recording and erasing a visible image on/from a recording medium being changed between transparent and non-transparent states depending on a heating temperature. A thermal recording device which includes a section for electrically energizing a heating element using a driving pulse train is used to head the recording medium, thereby changing its state. The first driving pulse train has a plurality of pulses of a first duty factor in one dot formation period for recording each non-transparent dot on the recording medium. A second driving pulse train for electrically energizing the heating elements has pulses of a second duty factor which are different from the first duty factor, the number of second pulses being substantially the same as that of the first driving pulse train in order to record the transparent dot on the recording medium or to erase the non-transparent dot from the recording medium.
