    摘要: A vehicular upholstery fabric is made from a raw tricot fabric which is knitted by using a PPT-multifilament yarn whose single fiber fineness is about 0.5˜6.0 dtex and whose total fineness is about 30˜180 dtex for the ground yarn and the pile yarn. The raw tricot fabric has been transformed into a napped tricot pile fabric by raising the sinker loop of the pile yarn of the raw tricot fabric to form fluffs which are then sheared to form cut piles. A PPT-bulky multifilament yarn is used for the ground yarn. A PPT-non-bulky texturized multifilament yarn or a PPT-bulky texturized multifilament yarn is used for the pile yarn.

    摘要: A method of renovating and recycling a vehicle, comprises the steps of: (a) designing the vehicle, wherein the step of designing comprises the steps of: (a-1) determining a way of treatment, such as melting, crushing or renovating, for mach part of the vehicle; and (a-2) designing each part of the vehicle so as to form an easily disassemblable structure; (b) manufacturing the vehicle according to the design made in the step (a); (c) selling the vehicle with a limited usable period; (d) having the sold vehicle returned after the limited usable period has lapsed; (e) separating parts of the returned vehicle into those to be reused and those to be replaced with new parts; and (f) separating the to-be-replaced parts into those to be renovated or those to be processed into materials. In this ways since the way of treatment for each part of the vehicle is predetermined at the design stage, it is ensured that all the parts can be properly recycled, to thereby substantially eliminate the discarded waste.

    摘要: The present invention teaches a vehicular upholstery PPT-fiber fabric that is formed from a double woven fabric in which a face weaving textile design has a number of intersections, called warp up intersections where a warp yarn passes over a weft yarn, and these are more than the number of intersections, called weft up intersection, where a weft yarn passes over a warp yarn. The warp yarn is formed by twisting an intermingled yarn composed of a PPT-multi-filament yarn and a high heat shrinkable PET-multifilament yarn whose shrinkage percentage in boiling water is more than 15%. An intermingle ratio of the PPT-multifilament yarn of the warp yarn is more than the intermingle ratio of the PET-multifilament yarn of the warp yarn. In the warp yarn, the PET-multifilament yarn is shrunk by heating, so that the substantial length of the PET-multifilament yarn becomes shorter than the substantial length of the PPT-multifilament yarn. The weft yarn is composed of PPT-multifilament yarn.

    摘要: Vehicular upholstery fabric is woven by using chenille yarn and multi-fiber yarn for weft yarns. The weaving interval between chenille yarns is set up less than the apparent thickness of the chenille yarn, which is specified as an observed value of the thickness. The apparent thickness of the multi-fiber yarn is less than one-fifth of the apparent thickness of the chenille yarn. There are tight portions where a great number of warp yarns passes over the chenille yarn, and rough portions, where a small number of warp yarns passes over the chenille yarn that is formed on the surface of fabric. PPT-fibers are used for the pile of the chenille yarn and the warp yarn.

The oil gradually exudes from within the longitudinal holes through the cracks and/or fissures to wet the outer surfaces of the hollow chemical fibers to enhance the filtering ability of the air filtering material by binding dust particles by the sticky oil.
