Both the first resin layer and second resin layer include a rubber containing reinforced aromatic vinyl-based resin having a maximum glass transition temperature of 90-120° C. and have a thickness of 10-300 μm. The first resin layer includes an infrared transmissible coloring agent, while the second resin layer includes a white-based coloring agent. The third resin layer includes a saturated polyester resin and has a thickness of 10-300 μm. The third resin layer has a dimension change ratio between before and after the film is left to stand still at a temperature of 135° C. for 30 minutes of ±0.5% or less.

The surface layer has an average surface roughness (Ra) of not more than 1 nm. The resin substrate has properties of water vapor barrier and surface flatness.

The layered product comprises a base layer made of a thermoplastic resin (I) having a glass transition temperature of 120° C. or higher, the base layer being layered on at least one side thereof with a layer made of an aromatic vinyl resin (II) having a lower glass transition temperature than the thermoplastic resin (I). The aromatic vinyl resin (II) is preferably a rubber-reinforced aromatic vinyl resin which contains a rubber-like polymer (a) selected from ethylene-α-olefin rubbers, hydrogenated conjugated diene rubbers, acrylic rubbers, silicone rubbers and silicone/acrylic composite rubbers in an amount of 5-40 parts by mass. The difference in glass transition temperature between the thermoplastic resin (I) and the aromatic vinyl resin (II) is preferably 10° C. or more.

The polylactic acid based heat-resistant sheet containing 50 to 95% by mass of a polylactic acid and 5 to 50% by mass of a polylactic acid-based copolymer which contains 30 to 70% by mole of a lactic acid component. The polylactic acid based heat-resistant sheet has a crystallization peak temperature of 60 to 120° C., a heat quantity of crystallization of 10 to 25 J/g, a melting point of 160° C. or higher and a heat quantity of crystal fusion of 15 to 40 J/g, as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter at a temperature increase rate of 20° C./min.
