    摘要: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for detecting a mark as well as a semiconductor device processing system. In order to address the problem existing in the prior art that detection of a mark in a layer of a semiconductor device has a low accuracy, the present invention uses an X-ray emitter and an X-ray detector to image the mark contained in the layer of the semiconductor device supported on the supporting member. According to the present invention, due to the use of the X-ray, even if the mark is covered by multiple layers which are opaque to visible light, the mark may be clearly imaged.

    摘要: An annotation system that provides annotations for a corresponding set of entities with regard to a user is presented. The annotation system annotates the entities independently of the selection of the entities to be annotated. Upon receiving a set of entities to annotate, the annotation system identifies a set of annotation relationships between the user and the entity. Each annotation relationship identifies a reason or basis for which the entity may be relevant to the user. The annotation relationships are scored to identify the strength of the relationship between the user and the entity. A configurable threshold number of annotation relationships with the greatest affinity between the user and the entity are selected as the annotation for the entity.

    摘要: The present invention provides a device and methods for the detection and quantification melamine in a sample by rapid and specific electrochemical detection. The present invention includes using a field-effect transistor (FET) biosensor having an open Si channel with a melamine antigen, or hapten, or an antibody, anchored via a linker molecule such as self assembled monolayer to the surface of the gate dielectric of the said open Si channel. The anchoring molecule having the capability of detecting melamine directly or indirectly by selectively binding melamine antibodies, which changes a field-effect on a Si channel, causing a change in conductivity of the FET. This change in conductivity can be measured and is used to determine the presence or absence of melamine in a sample compared to a standard signal or pre-measured database.

The optical module comprises a light source emitting light of a wavelength to expose a photoresist, an exposing optics and a mask with an aperture between the light source and the exposing optics. The light emitted from the light source passes through the mask and then reaches the exposing optics to image the aperture on the wafer edge covered with the photoresist to form a focused light spot. The positions of the light source, the mask and the exposing optics, and the size of the aperture are configured such that the optical axis of the incident light is perpendicular to the wafer surface, and the light spot completely covers the wafer edge in the radial direction of the wafer.
