    摘要: In the past there has been a problem that on a detection surface the influence of interference causes a defocusing signal to degrade, narrowing the range in which spherical aberration can be stably detected. Accordingly, a diffraction grating is used to focus the inner and outer sides of luminous flux on separate optical detectors before the optical flux is focused on an optical detector and defocusing signals are independently calculated to find the difference therebetween, thereby providing a spherical aberration signal. This makes it possible to detect spherical aberation signals more stably.

    摘要: Light emitted from a laser is divided into two light waves so that the ratio of the power of one light wave to the power of the other will be appropriate. The resultant light waves are irradiated to the same track on a medium. The preceding spot is used for erasure, and modulated so that the same pattern as the one formed with a recording pulse will be formed. The high-power component of the modulated light of the erasing spot causes the temperature of a recording layer to be equal to or higher than the melting point. The medium-power component of the modulated light forms a crystallizing temperature area on the recording layer. A liquid crystal diffraction grating is used to divide power, and a power division ratio is variable and controllable.

    摘要: Disclosed is an angular velocity sensor superior in shock-proofness and in assembling properties. The angular velocity sensor 1 includes support members 10A1, 10A2, 10B1 and 10B2, bonded to two nodal points of a pillar-shaped oscillator, generated on oscillations of the oscillator, in a manner of sandwiching the nodal points from upper and lower sides of the oscillator. The support members simultaneously serve for mechanically supporting and providing for electrical connection of the oscillator. Upper support members 10A1, 10A2 and lower support members 10B1 and 10B2 for the nodal points include bent parts halfway, the bent parts being bent in the same direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the oscillator. The upper support members and lower support members also include arms 12 extending at right angles to the up-and-down direction and to the longitudinal direction of the oscillator and junction parts 13 for the arms and the oscillator.
