    摘要: Bishydroxyureas are provided that inhibit the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase. These compounds have the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, A and M are defined herein. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods of inhibiting the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase using such compounds.
