    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting a sidelink signal. The method comprises: determining a Physical Sidelink Control CHannel (PSCCH) transmission mode allowed in a PSCCH transmission resource pool and a Physical Sidelink Shared CHannel (PSSCH) transmission mode allowed in a PSSCH transmission resource pool, respectively; determining a resource for transmitting a PSCCH and a resource for transmitting a PSSCH from the PSCCH transmission resource pool and the PSSCH transmission resource pool respectively; and transmitting the PSCCH according to the determined PSCCH transmission mode and the resource for transmitting the PSCCH and transmitting the PSSCH according to the determined PSSCH transmission mode and the resource for transmitting the PSSCH. The present disclosure also provides a corresponding device and storage media.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an uplink signal transmission method, a terminal, and base station. The terminal receives, from a base station, control information for an uplink scheduling, the control information including information indicating a reference starting position of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and transmits, to the base station, data based on the information indicating the reference starting position of the PUSCH. The information indicating the reference starting position of the PUSCH includes a starting symbol and a starting position preceding the starting symbol.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present application provides a method for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), comprising: detecting a physical el downlink control channel (PDCCH) and receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the PDCCH, by a user equipment (UE); determining, by the UE, hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) information to be fed back and physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for transmitting the UCI according to at least one of the following: slot lengths of downlink bandwidth part (BWP) and uplink BWP, HARQ-ACK codebook information and UE's processing capability requirements; transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK information on the PUCCH resource. The method of the present invention may support a method for determining the HARQ-ACK codebook while multiple PUCCH resources and multiple slot lengths.

    Abstract: A method for channel sensing and signal transmission is provided. The method includes that a signal transmission mode of a communication node in a predefined time window is different from a signal transmission mode of the communication node outside the predefined time window, which includes at least one of a channel sensing mode and a data transmission mode. By performing the method, a frequency domain multiplexing coefficient among nodes adopting the same access technology can be improved, and the coexistence of the access technology and others can be ensured.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting data, including: sensing, by a first device, a scheduling assignment (SA) of another device; measuring a received power of the other device, and measuring a total received energy of a subframe/subband; determining a received power reference value and a total received energy reference value of the other device according to the SA; selecting resources; and transmitting data using the selected resources. According to the method of the present disclosure, the performance of the method which avoids collision based on SA is improved, and measurement accuracy of the total received energy of the subband is increased. Thus, resource selection/re-selection can be performed better. As such, interferences between devices can be avoided effectively.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a resource allocation method and a User Equipment (UE). The resource allocation method includes the following steps as configuring one or more resource pools, and sensing, by a UE, each configured resource pool to obtain a result of sensing, selecting, from a set of remaining candidate single time unit resources of each resource pool contained in the result of sensing, one candidate single time unit resource as a transmission resource, and transmitting, via the transmission resource, a packet to be transmitted which is borne by the transmission resource. The present disclosure also provides a method of sidelink communication performed by a control user equipment (CUE), which comprises determining transmission resources and reception resources for internal communication, transmitting data to member user equipments (MUEs) in the determined transmission resources, and receiving data from the MUEs in the determined reception resources.
