The switching device includes: an output time determination unit to determine an output time to an output port; an output time administration unit to administer a possible data output time for each output port; a memory bank selection unit to select a memory bank with an empty data output time position; a memory bank utilization information administration unit to administer utilization information per output time; a connection unit to deliver transmission data to an output time position; a shared memory unit to store the data in the output time position, to administer dispersed shared memory banks according to an output time, and to read and output transmission data; and an output port connection unit receiving output data to read and transmit output port information of the data to a corresponding output port.

摘要： An LCD groups pixels in each row into a plurality of blocks, and calculates difference in gray between every two image data applied to a pair of adjacent odd and even pixels in each block including pixels in a row for each of first to third colors. It is determined that a block is first or second dot block depending on a sign of the gray difference when a magnitude of the gray difference between the odd pixel and the even pixel in each pair in the block for at least one color is equal to or larger than a critical value. A current block in a current row and in columns is determined to be a one-dot block when the current block is the first dot block and a previous block in a previous row and in the columns is the second dot block. When the number of the one-dot blocks is a predetermined percentage of the number of the total blocks, it is determined that a one-dot pattern is generated and one-dot inversion of the LCD is changed into another inversion. In this way, a pattern generating flicker is determined and the inversion type is changed for reducing the flicker.

The liquid crystal display includes a timing controller including a DCC processing unit for applying dynamic capacitance compensation (“DCC”) to a part of the pixels, a timing redistribution block for converting a format of the DCC-applied data to a predetermined format for a source driver, and a control signal generating block for generating a control signal for displaying an image. Since the DCC processing unit uses only two frame memories, the DCC may be employed by a dual input mode LCD. In addition, since a clock frequency for data processing in the frame memory of the timing controller is preferably the same as the clock frequency in the timing controller of the dual input mode LCD, thereby preventing the increase of EMI.

In this state, a resilient member formed at the reel cover body resiliently contacts a side surface of the chassis so that the protrusions are kept within the recesses. The reel cover can be assembled with the chassis in a simple manner without requiring extra securing means such as screws. Accordingly, the number of assembly parts can be decreased and the assembly procedure may be simplified, thereby productivity may be improved and manufacturing cost may be reduced.
