The copper plating layer has a thickness of from 50 to 200 μm, the gravure cell has a depth of from 5 to 150 μm, and the silicon dioxide film has a thickness of from 0.1 to 5 μm, preferably 0.1 to 3 μm, and more preferably 0.1 to 1 μm.
