    摘要: A photothermographic material having, on at least an image forming layer including at least an organic silver salt and a non-photosensitive layer on the image forming layer, wherein the photothermographic material further has a non-photosensitive intermediate layer between the image forming layer and the non-photosensitive layer, and 50% by weight or more of a binder of the non-photosensitive intermediate layer is formed by a polymer latex, and the photothermographic material contains a metal phthalocyanine dye represented by formula (PC-1): wherein, M represents a metal atom, at least one of R1, R4, R5, R8, R9, R12, R13, and R16 is an electron-attracting group, and R2, R3, R6, R7, R10, R11, R14, and R15 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent. The invention provides a photothermographic material which exhibits high sharpness, preferable image tone, and excellent image storability.

    摘要: An inductive load driving circuit, formed in an integrated circuit device, includes first, second, third, and fourth switching transistors, and a guardring. The first switching transistor is connected between a first power supply potential point and a first output terminal. The second switching transistor is connected between the first power supply potential point and a second output terminal. The third switching transistor is connected between the first output terminal and a second power supply potential point. The fourth switching transistor is connected between the second output terminal and the second power supply potential point. One of the third switching transistor and the fourth switching transistor is turned on or off depending on a power supply direction in which power is supplied to an inductive load connected between the first output terminal and the second output terminal. The first switching transistor or the second switching transistor is controllably turned on and off, to thereby supply an adjusted power in a forward direction or in an inverse direction to the inductive load. The guardring of an N-type semiconductor region is connected to the second power supply potential point.

    摘要: A power transistor comprising a collector region formed in a semiconductor substrate, a base region formed within the collector region, and a hoop-shaped emitter region formed within the base region. The hoop-shaped emitter region divides the base region into an external section and at least one internal section surrounded by the emitter region on the substrate surface, the external and internal base sections being connected within the substrate. A base contact is formed on the surface of each internal base section surrounded by the emitter region. By this design, the electric current is more uniform within the emitter region, and safe operating area (SOA) destruction can be prevented. The invention is also directed to semiconductor integrated circuit devices using the above power transistor, and a method of forming the same.
