摘要:
The present invention describes a method of producing fatty acid alkyl esters and glycerin implementing, in a reaction section, a set of transesterification reactions between a vegetable or animal oil and an aliphatic monoalcohol, and using a heterogeneous solid catalyst, comprising: a) a glycerin phase introduction stage, b) an excess alcohol evaporation stage, and c) a glycerin phase decantation stage. The supernatant ester phase obtained after decantation is then optionally sent to a coalescer, also allowing separation of the glycerin, then to a purification stage by adsorption on solids. This improved method prevents microemulsion formation.

A process is described for the valorization of a charge of hydrocarbons and for reducing the vapour pressure of said charge, comprising three steps: a step a) consisting of separating said charge of hydrocarbons into a fraction (O1) comprising essentially compounds containing 5 carbon atoms, including at least 2% by weight of pentenes, a step b) consisting of placing said fraction (O1) in contact with a cut of hydrocarbons (O2) at least partly comprising hydrocarbons having a number of carbon atoms between 6 and 10, including at least 2% by weight of olefins, and a step c) consisting of separating the effluents originating from step b) into a gasoline cut (α) the upper distillation point of which is less than 100° C. and a kerosene cut (β) having a distillation range between 100° C. and 300° C.

The invention concerns a process for producing propylene from a steam cracking and/or catalytic cracking light olefinic cut, said process comprising a moving bed catalytic cracking step with a catalyst regeneration loop. The process recycles a portion of the used catalyst to the inlet of the moving bed reactor. The conversion is high using the process of the invention, with a good yield and good propylene selectivity.

The invention relates to a process for converting a hydrocarbons charge comprising linear and branched olefins comprising the following stages: a) a stage of membrane separation of the hydrocarbon charge under conditions making it possible to produce a cut β containing the majority of the linear olefins present in said charge, and a cut γ containing the majority of the branched olefins, b) a stage of treatment of the linear olefins contained in the effluents originating from the membrane separation stage (cut β) under moderate oligomerization conditions, c) a stage of distillation separation of the effluents originating from the oligomerization stage into at least two cuts, d) a stage of hydrogenation of the cut η under conditions for obtaining a gas oil with a high cetane number.

A process for treatment of a batch with four carbon atoms that contains diene compounds and a minor portion of acetylene compounds is described. A portion of the fluid that circulates in a distillation zone that is enriched with acetylene compounds is drawn off laterally, preferably in the drainage zone, and a selective hydrogenation stage is carried out in a hydrogenation zone that is outside the distillation zone. The hydrogenation effluent that is produced is recycled in the rectification zone. A C4 fraction that comprises butadiene and that is low in acetylene compounds is recovered at the top, and a C5 fraction that is enriched with oligomers is recovered at the bottom.

Hydrogenation of a liquid cut containing hydrocarbons, in particular unsaturated molecules containing at least two double bonds or at least one triple bond, is described wherein the unsaturated molecules are at least partially hydrogenated to less unsaturated molecules containing at least one double bond, in at least one reactor comprising at least two distinct beds of at least one hydrogenation catalyst, and wherein a gas phase containing hydrogen is introduced, a portion thereof being mixed with said cut upstream of the first catalyst bed and a portion thereof being introduced upstream of the subsequent beds contained in said reactor.

The present invention relates to a process for continuous metathesis or disproportionation of olefins, comprising at least 2 phases, a reaction phase a) carried out in a zone comprising at least one reactor containing at least one fixed bed of catalyst and a regeneration phase b) carried out in a zone comprising at least one reactor containing at least one fixed bed of catalyst, characterized in that at least one reactor passes from one phase to the other in alternation. In FIG. 1, the feed containing olefins traverses reactor R1 in riser mode. The feed to be treated containing olefins is introduced into reactor R1 via line 1a. In this reactor, the olefins contained in the feed undergo metathesis or disproportionation, then the effluent leaves the circuit via line 11. Simultaneously, reactor R2 is placed in catalyst regeneration phase, the different regeneration gases are introduced into reactor R2 via line 2b and leave this reactor via line 2c. Passage from the operating phase of a reactor to the catalyst regeneration phase thereof is carried out as follows: the reactor for which the catalyst is to be regenerated is isolated from the remainder of the apparatus, the hydrocarbons contained in the reactor are evacuated, then the reactor is purged. Said reactor is then connected to a regeneration loop and undergoes regeneration of its catalyst, and at the end of the regeneration phase, the reactor and the regeneration loop are purged.
