A large resisting distortion and modularized comb-type bridge expansion joint, comprises at least two modules located parallel in the direction of a bridge's width, and each module includes a fixed comb plate (2) and a movable comb plate (1), which are respectively disposed on girders located at the two sides of the bridge expansion joint, said movable comb plate (1) crosses over the bridge expansion joint, both of said fixed comb plate (2) and said movable comb plate (1) have a plurality of comb teeth (22), (11) at their opposite ends, and the comb teeth (11) of said movable comb plate (1) interdigitate with the comb teeth (22) of said fixed comb plate (2) characterized in that the root of said movable comb plate (1) rotatably joints with a seat (5) fixed on the girders, and the comb teeth (22) of said fixed comb plate (2) rotatably joints with the root of said fixed comb plate (2), while, the middle of the comb teeth (22) of said fixed comb plate (2) is movably set on an underlay (6) fixed on the girders and can be shifted transversely relative to the underlay (6). In this invention, when the girders have transverse shift under the effect of the wind or other external forces, the movable comb plate and its comb teeth will rotate correspondingly and the comb teeth of the fixed comb plate will also rotate correspondingly, then the broken of the comb teeth will be avoided.

An all-digital class-D audio amplifier and method of digitizing an analog signal comprises a pulse-width modulation (PWM) wave generator for generating a PWM wave; an interpolator for receiving an input audio signal, up-sample the input audio signal; and down-sample the input audio signal to a PWM wave switching frequency; an audio speaker for broadcasting an amplified version of the input audio signal; a pair of MOSFETs driven by the PWM wave and the input supply voltage, wherein the pair of MOSFETs transmit the amplified version of the input audio signal to the audio speaker; a natural-sampling and pre-distortion circuit adapted to (i) generate a pre-distorted natural-sampling frequency point for the PWM wave switching frequency, and (ii) account for digitized power supply ripples for an input supply voltage used to drive the audio speaker; and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) adapted to digitize the power supply ripples or distortion.

Interactive relational graphic solutions facilitate an economical teaching tool to explain a plethora of educational topics. The solutions are associated with a graphics capable application of a computing device. The solutions facilitate user interaction by graphically correlating functions through a series of interactive control points. The correlation may include a moveable control point and lead lines to indicate associated coordinates as the user moves the control point of the solution. Such a solution reduces the time required to explain an educational topic and helps facilitate the educational process.

This invention discloses a method for controlling inter-frequency hard handoffs by using user equipment(UE) event-triggered reporting mode in a WCDMA system, being applicable to geographical cells covered by multiple frequency points. Its main technical feature is that the radio network controller (RNC), after receiving reported results from the UE, performs the decision and execution according to the specific events. This method has the advantages of a reasonable logic and high efficiency, being able to well ensure the realization of the inter-frequency handoffs required by a WCDMA system, improved communication quality, reduced transmission power of the UE, reduced interference to other cells, and increased system capacity, etc.

Disclosed is a method for evaporating and dehydrating a solid material; the method comprises: providing a plurality of digesters, with the digesters being in a parallel connection with respect to the flow direction of the solid material, wherein each digester repeatedly performs the arranged steps of step-by-step heating and evaporating and dehydrating the solid material from low temperatures to high temperatures in a time sequence. The solid material is brown coal. The quality of the brown coal is improved by the method.

Disclosed is a panel-form loudspeaker. The panel-form loudspeaker includes a resonant mode sound radiating panel, a case with a vibrating plate attached on the sound radiating panel, and a number of transducers separated from each other for forming a vibration and connected with the vibrating plate for transferring the vibration to the vibrating plate to cause the sound radiating panel to resonate and radiate an acoustic output. The vibrating plate has a number of vibrating portions mounting on the sound radiating panel and spaced from each other for fixing the transducers and a number of bending portions extending from the vibrating portions away from the sound radiating panel.
