    摘要: An exhaust-gas purifying apparatus includes an outer cylinder, a plurality of cylinder-shaped supports, and a catalytic layer. The cylinder-shaped supports are disposed in the outer cylinder, and have an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface. At least two of the neighboring cylinder-shaped supports contact with each other with the outer peripheral surfaces. The catalytic layer is loaded on at least one of the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the cylinder-shaped supports. At least one of the cylinder-shaped supports has a ring-shaped cross-section with a cut-off, and is disposed in the outer cylinder in such an elastically deformed state that it expands in the centrifugal direction. Thus, the exhaust-gas purifying apparatus not only shows a high exhaust-gas purifying ability, but also is good in terms of the assemblage easiness. Moreover, the exhaust-gas purifying apparatus exhibits improved misfire resistance.

In a valve-closing time, the valve seal portion is seated on the valve seat. The valve seal portion is coated by a thin diamond-like carbon coating having hardness between Hv 50 and Hv 500 in Vickers hardness.

    摘要: An evaporated fuel leak detector detects leakage of an evaporated fuel generated in a fuel tank. The detector includes: a differential pressure valve, a pump for sucking a detection port side to reduce pressure on a fuel tank side, and pressure detection means for detecting pressure on a detection port side. The valve includes a detection port connecting to a fuel tank side, an atmosphere port opened to atmosphere, a pressure chamber and a valve member displaceable in accordance with differential pressure between the detection port and the pressure chamber for connecting and disconnecting a connection between the detection port and the atmosphere port. The valve member disconnects between the detection port and the atmosphere port in a case where pressure of the pressure chamber becomes larger than pressure of the detection port by a predetermined pressure.

    摘要: A metallic ring engages with radially outer peripheries of a first flange portion of a resinous casing and a second flange portion of a housing. One of the resinous casing and the housing accommodates a solenoid actuator. The metallic ring is bent so that a pair of annular hooking pieces is formed. The annular hooking pieces opposes to each other such that the annular hooking pieces interpose the first flange portion and the second flange portion from both sides in an axial direction, so that a connecting end surface of the resinous casing is crimped and fixed to a connecting end surface of the housing. A manufacturing method for the actuator includes the following steps. The metallic ring is set in a molding die for molding the resinous casing. The first flange portion is injection molded using one of the pair of annular hooking pieces as a part of the molding die in an injection molding process.

    摘要: A system for controlling a discharge flow rate of a variable displacement pump within an oil hydraulic circuit is disclosed. A bypass with a flow restricting valve couples the pressure control chamber of the discharge flow rate controller to the tank line to thereby allow a part of the oil in the pressure control chamber to escape through the bypass to the tank line. This escape occurs when a highly pressured oil is rapidly injected into the pressure control chamber of the discharge flow rate controller as a result of switching operations of both the pressure compensated valve and the load sensing valve.
