    摘要: A multi-beam laser exposure unit includes a light beam deflector for deflecting light beam in a predetermined direction, a plurality of laser devices, a pre-deflection optical system, including a glass lens and a plastic lens, for converting a cross sectional shape of light beam emitted from the respective laser devices to a predetermined shape, and a post-deflection optical system, including three lenses for image-forming each light beam deflected by the deflector to be scanned on a predetermined image surface at a uniform speed. Power of three lenses of the post-deflection optical system is defined to be positive, negative, positive in order in a direction parallel to a rotational axis of each of reflective surfaces of the deflector from the side close to the deflector. Also, the power of three lenses of the post-deflection optical system is defined to be positive, negative, positive in order in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis. Thereby, an effective deflection angle can be enlarged and a registration error can be reduced.

In identifying positions of probes, the marker is recognized by a camera before the distal end of a reference probe is recognized. The camera is moved complementarily to make a reference point in the view of the camera and the distal end of the reference probe align with each other. Furthermore, where the same operation is performed for another reference probe, a deviation of the probes in the .theta. direction is calculated as .theta. correction data.

    摘要: An electrical connector for terminating two or more layers of conductors includes an insulating housing having a plurality contacts mounted therein and, on opposite ends, a pair of latch arms with a latch opening, and first and second cable retainer members. The first retainer member has on opposite ends a pair of latch bosses for engagement with the latch openings to latch the first and second retainer members to the insulating housing. The second retainer member has on opposite ends two pairs of latch bosses for engagement with the openings to temporarily mount the first and second retainer members on the insulating housing. This temporary mounting device permits easy replacement of a cable before complete termination of the cable.
