摘要: A brine supply system including a first brine tank to store diluted brine of a predetermined concentration to be supplied into an electrolytic brine treatment device and a second brine tank to store an amount of saturated brine at a predetermined concentration. When the level of diluted brine becomes a lower limit level, the first brine tank is supplied with fresh water from an external supply source of water until the level of diluted brine becomes an upper limit level and is intermittently supplied with a predetermined amount of the saturated brine from the second brine tank. Based on a previously memorized supply time of the fresh water, a supply frequency and a supply interval of the saturated brine for the memorized supply time are calculated to maintain the diluted brine at the predetermined concentration even when the first brine tank is being supplied with the fresh water.

摘要: Disclosed is a cooling method and a system therefor. The cooling system is provided with a refrigerant circuit, comprising a small-capacity primary air-cooled condenser to which a vaporized refrigerant compressed in a compressor is supplied; a water-cooled condenser to which the refrigerant fed from said primary air-cooled condenser is supplied; a small-capacity secondary air-cooled condenser to which the refrigerant fed from said water-cooled condenser is supplied; an expansion means to which the liquefied refrigerant fed from said secondary air-cooled condenser is supplied; and an evaporator to which the refrigerant after an abrupt pressure reduction by said expansion means is supplied. According to the cooling system of the invention, consumption of the cooling water in the water-cooled condenser can greatly be reduced, and the running cost of the system can also easily be reduced.

摘要: In a cooking apparatus such as a fryer or the like for frying food having an oil tank filled therein with cooking oil to be maintained in heated condition, a humidity detector is provided to detect an amount of vapor rising from the food after the food has been thrown into the heated cooking oil. 摘要: In an automatic bagging apparatus, a foremost bag F of stacked bags stored in a bag storage mechanism 10 is fed by a bag feeding mechanism 20 and supported by a bag support mechanism 30. The supported bag is supplied with a predetermined amount of ice cubes, and the bagged ice cubes are accumulated in an ice storage bin. The bag feeding mechanism 20 is provided with a clamping mechanism 20a for grasping the bag at its two positions and detection switches SW4, SW5 for detecting the fact that the bag F has been correctly fed by the clamping mechanism 20a. When it has been detected by the detection switches SW4, SW5 that the bag F could not be correctly fed or that there is not any bag in the bag storage mechanism 10, the feeding operation of the bag is repeated predetermined times. If the bag F could not be correctly fed, the feeding operation of the bag is stopped, and the remained ice cubes are melted by water sprinkled from a watering pipe to be drained.

摘要: A stack-on type automatic ice making machine includes an ice making unit having a box-like casing housing an ice making mechanism, and a stocker within which a space opening upwardly is defined and on which the ice making unit is disposed. A coupling structure for connecting together the ice making unit and the stocker includes a plurality of ribs formed integrally with an external wall of the stocker along a top edge thereof, and a plurality of coupling plates secured fixedly to an external wall of the casing of the ice making unit and each having a hole for receiving each of the ribs and a resilient tongue adapted to engage in a recess formed in a bottom of each rib. The ribs are imparted with strength sufficiently high for withstanding shearing and bending loads. The ice making unit connected to the stocker through the coupling plates fitted on the ribs is positively prevented from displacement relative to the stocker. The resilient tongues of the coupling plates engage in the grooves formed in the bottoms of the ribs suppress resiliently relative movement between the ice making unit and the stocker.

摘要: An electric control apparatus for an ice making machine includes an initial water supply cycle control device for opening a water valve for a predetermined time, and a water level sensor mounted within a water tank for detecting whether or not a level of water in the water tank is more than a predetermined level. A first check-up device is provided for permitting operation of a defrost/water supply cycle and an ice making cycle when the level of water in the water tank exceeds the predetermined level after an initial water supply cycle is conducted under control of an initial water supply control device. The first check-up device also repeats operation at the initial water supply cycle when the level of water in the water tank is less than the predetermined level. 摘要: In an ice making machine the ice forming unit of which includes an upright ice forming plate located above a water tank and having a cooling surface in heat exchange relationship with an evaporator attached thereto and an ice forming surface to be supplied with water from the water tank by means of a water pump for forming the water into ice cubes, a first water supply conduit is connected to the water pump to supply the water from the water tank toward the ice forming surface of the upright plate when an ice making mode or a washing mode is selected at the ice making machine, and a second water supply conduit is arranged to introduce a portion of the water supplied from the water tank into a space above the evaporator only when the washing mode is selected at the ice making machine.
