    Abstract: Disclosed is an earphone system. The earphone system includes a charging box and an earphone, which is detachably assembled in the charging box. The charging box includes a processing module provided with a first identification time period, a power outputting module and a first switch module. During the first identification time period when the earphone is connected to the charging box, the earphone system is in a test mode, and the first switch module is switched for the charging box to transmit power to the earphone through the power outputting module and the first switch module. After the earphone is connected to the charging box for more than the first identification time period, the earphone system is in a communication mode, and the first switch module is switched for the charging box to transmit a data signal to the earphone through the processing module and the first switch module.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for earphones with motion sensitive inflation. Information may be obtained relating to a user of an audio output element that outputs audio signals, with at least portion of the audio output element being in contact with the user. One or both of outputting of the audio signals and the contact between the audio output element and the user may be assessed based on the obtained information. Based on the assessing, one or more adjustments applicable to the audio output element may be determined, with at least one adjustment applying to positioning of the at least portion of the audio output element. The determining includes configuring the at least one adjustment to account for and/or counteract effects of the positioning on one or both of outputting of the audio signals and the contact between the audio output element and the user.

    Abstract: An earphone includes a housing that defines a force input surface opposite a touch input surface. A spring member in the housing includes a first arm that biases a touch sensor toward the touch input surface. The spring member also includes a second arm that biases a first force electrode toward the housing and allows the first force electrode to move toward a second force electrode when a force is applied to the force input surface. A non-binary amount of the force is determinable using a change in a mutual capacitance between the first force electrode and the second force electrode. The mutual capacitance between the first force electrode and the second force electrode may be measured upon detecting a touch using the touch sensor.
