The plant comprises a centrifugal separator with a stationary casing defining a separation space. The casing permits a pressure of at least 10 bars in the separation space. The centrifugal separator comprises an inlet for the gas mixture, a gas outlet for the separated gas and an oil outlet for discharging separated oil. A separating member for separating the gas mixture comprises a plurality of separating discs and is provided in the separation space. A drive motor is connected to the separating member via a spindle and rotate the separating member about an axis (x) of rotation.

    摘要: There is provided an air purifier having a dehumidification function, including: a body case having an inner space; a blower part installed in the inner space of the body case and drawing outside air from both sides of the body case through a single blower fan; an air purifying part purifying air drawn from one side of the body case; and a dehumidifying part removing moisture from air drawn from the other side of the body case by a dehumidifying rotor. Through the blower part drawing the air from both sides of the body case, the air purifier purifies the air drawn from one side of the body case and dehumidifies the air drawn from the other side of the body case. Accordingly, a drop in an airflow amount caused by concurrently performing the dehumidification and the purification may be alleviated, so improved dehumidification and purification effects are achieved.

    摘要: Vortex gas separation is forced in radial counterflow between counter-rotating coaxial centrifugal impellers. Feed is at the axis of rotation. Axial extraction of nitrogen and water vapor is driven by an axial pump and by back pressure from the tank while radially outward flow of carbon dioxide and scrubbing targets is driven by the impellers. Scrubbing of the concentrated targets is in high turbulence during a long residence time.Tiny centrifugation effects of innumerable turbulent eddy vortices in a shear layer between the impellers and in the tank are integrated by the forcing regime of the impellers and the axial pump. Radial vortices caused by shear between the counter-rotating impellers provide coherent sink flow conduits for axial extraction of nitrogen ballast. Fine fly ash (PM-2.5) scrubbing is concurrent with NOx and SOx scrubbing and with carbon capture. Mechanically assisted and highly turbulent wet scrubbing shear thickens fine fly ash and precipitates into clumps of sludge, so the wastewater stream is easily treatable and requires no large storage tank.

A rotating centrifuge rotor is arranged to rotate around a centre axis and comprises a casing defining an inner separation space. An inlet channel is provided for supply of the liquid mixture of components to be separated to the separation space. At least one outlet channel is connected to the separation space and provided for discharge of a component separated during operation. A torque transmitting part around the centre axis is fixedly connected to the centrifuge rotor. A drive motor drives the torque transmitting part and thus the centrifuge rotor in such a way that the centrifuge rotor is brought to rotate. The drive motor comprises a stator and a rotor, which is fixedly connected to the torque transmitting part. The rotor of the drive motor surrounds a cavity which is through-flown by liquid during operation. The drive motor is provided axially outside the centrifuge rotor.

The centrifugal separator comprises a stationary casing, which encloses a separation space and has an inner wall surface.
