摘要: When an IP (Information Provider) server is accessed from a mobile station, a gateway server determines whether or not the IP server is to be IP billed (S101). If it is not to be IP billed, then user billing is applied. In this case, the gateway server sends a user management number of the mobile station and the number of exchanged packets to a billing system (S102). The billing system calculates a communication fee in accordance with the number of packets, and issues a bill to the user specified by the user management number (S103). On the other hand, if the accessed IP server is to be IP billed, then IP billing is applied. In this case, the gateway server sends the number of exchanged packets and the address of the accessed IP server to the billing system (S104). The billing system calculates a communication fee in accordance with the number of packets, and issues a bill to the IP (S105).

摘要: A flat type heat pipe for mounting a heating power element, which is capable of forming an optionally shaped heat transferring path with high accuracy, which is of a thin type and to which fins are easily attached. The flat type heat pipe includes at least two aluminum plates substantially in parallel with each other and brazed to each other so as to form a heat transferring path therebetween. The flat type heat pipe also includes an operating liquid which fills the heat transferring path. Because the heat transferring path 25 is formed by means of press molding, punching, laser beam machining, or cutting various shapes of heat transferring paths can be formed finely and with high accuracy. The flexible flat type heat pipe can be made thin, which allows for a variety of uses. Grooves and wicks can be disposed in the heat transferring path, thereby improving the heat conductivity. Because the surface is flat, the fins can be easily attached thereto, thereby a satisfactory radiation effect can be obtained.

摘要: A spin coating apparatus for use in applying a coating solution in film form to an upper surface of a substrate. This apparatus includes a spinning table for supporting and spinning the substrate in horizontal posture, an upper spinning plate disposed parallel to and substantially slightly spaced from the upper surface of the substrate supported on the spinning table, and having an opening formed substantially centrally thereof, the upper spinning plate being adapted to spin concurrently with the spinning table, and a cleaning nozzle vertically movably mounted in the opening of the upper spinning plate. The cleaning nozzle is lowered when cleaning a lower surface of the upper spinning plate, so that a cleaning liquid outlet port formed in a lower end region of the cleaning nozzle is exposed below the lower surface of the rotary plate. In this state, a cleaning liquid is directed to the lower surface of the upper spinning plate being spinng to clean the lower surface thereof.
