Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device having a mount test circuit and a mount test method thereof are provided. The test circuit for use in a semiconductor memory device including a plurality of memory blocks may include a comparison unit for comparing test data of at least two memory blocks selected from the plurality of memory blocks, deciding whether or not the test data of the selected memory blocks are identical, and outputting a pass signal or fail signal as a flag signal; and an output selection unit for selecting any one of the selected memory blocks as an output memory block, and changing the output memory block whenever the fail signal is generated from the comparison unit, thus forming it as a data output path, which may lessen error occurrence.
Abstract:
A polarizer includes a first, second and third support layers, a first polarizing element disposed between the first support layer and the second support layer and the second polarizing element disposed between the second support layer and the third support layer. During the process of manufacturing the polarizer, the polarizer is stretched in the direction of length until the width of the polarizer after stretching is not less than half of the width of the polarizer before stretching.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display and a fabricating method thereof. The cell gaps for the red, green and blue pixel areas are formed in a separate manner for correcting the color shift to enhance image quality. Openings for controlling the cell gaps are provided in the protective layer and the gate insulating layer and have a zigzag-shaped boundary. In this way, the light leakage near the boundary of the openings can be prevented.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a display panel including a lower substrate, upper substrate, and a patterned spacer that causes the lower substrate and upper substrate to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, wherein the patterned spacer is obtained from a photo-sensitive resin composition comprising: (a) a triazine-based photopolymerization initiator represented by the following formula 1; (b) an alkali-soluble photo polymerizable reactive resin binder; and (c) a polymerizable compound: (wherein each of R1-R5 has the same meaning as defined herein). A photosensitive resin composition for use in a patterned spacer is also disclosed, the composition comprising: (a) a triazine-based photopolymerization initiator represented by the following formula 1; (b) an alkali-soluble photopolymerizable reactive resin binder; (c) a polymerizable compound; and (d) a solvent. The photosensitive resin composition shows high sensitivity and excellent properties related with development, and provides a patterned spacer having excellent strength, sensitivity, residue characteristics, film uniformity, residual film ratio, etc.
Abstract:
In an apparatus for separating a film from a substrate, a separating roller separates a film attached to the substrate and a guide roller adjusts a separation angle of the film. The guide roller is disposed between the separating roller and the film and the position of the guide roller relative to the separating roller is adjusted to adjust the separation angle of the film.
Abstract:
A surface acoustic wave package comprises a first bare chip having a plurality of electrodes formed thereon, a second bare chip having a plurality of electrodes and via-holes formed thereon, a connecting portion electrically connecting the first bare chip to an upper surface of the second bare chip such that the electrodes of the first bare chip face the electrodes of the second bare chip, and a sealing member provided on the first and second bare chips to form an air-tight space on an operating surface between the first and second bare chips.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display (LCD) device including upper and lower substrates facing each other with a liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween, upper and lower polarization plates positioned on outer surfaces of the upper and lower substrates, respectively, and a beam steering film positioned on the upper polarization plate and including a plurality of curved-lenses formed on a surface of the beam steering film facing the upper polarization plate.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for aligning polymer network liquid crystal. In the method, alignment of liquid crystal in a bulk state is controlled by means of an orientation power of polymer material itself which is formed by irradiating linearly polarized ultraviolet rays to monomer material having an orientation power, thereby achieving a transparent state at an initial state without an orientation layer. That is, Linearly polarized ultraviolet rays are irradiated to ultraviolet-hardening type monomers having an orientation power. Alignment of liquid crystal of a bulk state is controlled while the monomers are changed to polymers, thereby achieving an initial transparent state. The molecules of the liquid crystal are placed in disorder by a vertical electric field and the horizontal orientation power of a polymer chain.
