    摘要: The invention discloses a method for the preparation of an organopolysiloxane having a branched molecular structure which comprises the steps of: (A) Mixing (A1) an organopolysiloxane represented by the average unit formula [R13SiO½]m[R1SiO{fraction (3/2)}]n[R1(R2O)SiO]q, in which R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R2 is a hydrogen atom, methyl group or ethyl group and the subscripts m, n and q are each 0 or a positive number with the proviso that (n+q)/m is from 0.6 to 1.5 and q/(m+n) is 0 or a positive number not exceeding 0.05; (A2) a cyclic dialkylsiloxane oligomer, and (A3) a polyorganosiloxane represented by the structural formula R33Si—O—(—SiR32—O—)r—SiR33, In which R3 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group and the subscript r is 0 or a positive integer not exceeding 100, to give a siloxane mixture; (B) admixing the siloxane mixture with an alkaline compound; and (C) heating the siloxane mixture to effect siloxane rearrangement polymerization of the organopolysiloxanes.

    摘要: A liquid discharge head includes a discharge port for discharging liquid, a liquid flow path communicating therewith and provided with a heat generating member for generating bubbles by heating the liquid, and a common liquid chamber for retaining the liquid to be supplied to the liquid flow path. A narrowed portion is provided in the liquid flow path between the common liquid chamber and the heat generating member. Between the narrowed portion and the heat generating member, a displaceable plate type movable member is provided. The movable member stands up from the surface of the liquid flow path having the heat generating member, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the liquid supplying direction. A first gap is provided between the narrowed portion and the movable member, and a second gap is provided between a free end of the movable member and a ceiling of the liquid flow path.

    摘要: The substrate for use of an ink jet recording head is provided with a plurality of heat generating resistive members and the electrode wiring pattern electrically connected with the heat generating resistive members formed on the substrate, and a protection film formed on the heat generating resistive members and the electrode wiring pattern to protect them from ink. For this substrate, each of the heat generating resistive members comprises a first heat generating resistive member arranged on the lower layer of the electrode wiring pattern connected with the heat generating resistive member, and a second heat generating resistive member arranged between the protection film and the electrode wiring pattern. With the structure thus arranged, it becomes possible to make the protection film on the upper layer thinner, and attempt the power saving. Also, it becomes unnecessary to make the effective bubbling area smaller for the provision of a highly reliable ink jet recording head which can operate in high density.

    摘要: There is provided a curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane containing, in its molecule, at least two groups represented by the general formula (1): CH.sub.2 .dbd.CH--(CH.sub.2).sub.a --(OC.sub.b H.sub.2b).sub.c --O--(1) wherein a is an integer of 1 to 8, b is an integer of 2 to 4, and c is an integer of 0 to 3; (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing, in its molecule, at least two hydrogen atoms each bonded to a silicon atom; (C) an addition-reaction retarder; and (D) a platinum family metal catalyst. The composition is fast in curing speed and superior in curing stability.
