An eccentric swinging stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine includes a chassis, a locking-type reel, a sprinkling irrigation apparatus, and a stepwise driving apparatus. A locking channel in a circumferential direction is disposed on the locking-type reel. The stepwise driving apparatus includes a water turbine gearbox, an eccentric swinging mechanism, an upper caliper, and a lower caliper. The upper caliper and the lower caliper are clamped to be mounted on the locking channel. A water turbine is used in the eccentric swinging stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine to drive the eccentric swinging mechanism to realize an eccentric swing, so as to drive the upper caliper to move up and down to be engaged with the locking channel of the locking-type reel intermittently, thereby driving the locking-type reel to roll back intermittently to automatically reel in a sprinkling irrigation PE hose.

A boat-shaped sprinkler irrigation machine is adapted for large-scale farm irrigation canals, and includes a hull, a traveling propulsion device, a sprinkler irrigation device, and an electric control device. A sprinkler irrigation auxiliary support mechanism is disposed on the hull, and comprises support legs and support roller groups. The support legs are symmetrically disposed on left and right sides of the hull, and top ends of the support legs are mounted on the hull. The support roller groups are mounted on bottom ends of the support legs. The support roller group comprises support rollers. The sprinkler irrigation device comprises a self-priming pump, a sprinkler frame, and a sprinkler gun. The sprinkler frame is fixedly mounted on the hull in a position corresponding to a symmetrical center of the support legs, and the sprinkler gun is fixedly mounted on the sprinkler frame by means of an adjusting assembly.

A fracture detection system and method for a dumbbell pin of a scraper conveyor. The system comprises a scraper conveyor, a wireless ranging apparatus (2), a wireless communication device, a support controller and a monitoring center. The wireless ranging apparatus (2) is mounted on a ramp plate ledge of a scraper conveyor chute (1), and has a laser range finder and a reflection target plate (24) for detecting a relative displacement between any two adjacent chutes. The wireless communication device realizes communication between the wireless ranging apparatus (2) and the support controller, and transmits the displacement of the laser range finder to the support controller in a wireless transmission manner. The support controller controls an action of the scraper conveyor chute (1). A monitoring center is electrically connected to the support controller, and can perform storage processing on relative displacement data of any adjacent chutes. In the method, by taking a relative displacement value between adjacent chutes as a reference, whether a fracture fault occurs in a dumbbell pin is judged, the position of the fractured dumbbell pin can be accurately determined, and a support controller controls a chute action, thereby having a high promotion and usage value.

A device for monitoring tension equalization and displacement adjustment states of steel wire ropes of a multi-rope hoister includes a displacement sensor mounted on a steel wire rope tension equalization device, a signal acquisition transmitter designed to store and transmit signals of the displacement sensor, a barometric altimeter designed to detect the depth of a mine shaft where a hoisting container is located, and a wireless receiving and processing system arranged at the well mouth of the mine shaft. A method for use includes collecting the displacement adjustment amounts of the tension equalization devices connected with all the hoisting ropes of the hoisting container and the corresponding depth position of the hoisting container during the up-down running process of the hoisting container by means of the signal acquisition transmitter; judging the maximum displacement adjustment amount measured in the entire hoisting process and the corresponding tension adjustment device and corresponding depth, by receiving and processing data via the wireless receiving and processing system; and, giving an alarm when the maximum adjusted displacement is greater than a preset adjustment threshold.

A hoist main shaft torque monitoring device based on angle measurement, constituted primarily by a first base, a second base, a light generating unit, a shutter, and a light sensing element; the light source, a first lens, and a first optical aperture arranged in the light generating unit, as well as a second optical aperture, second lens, and light sensing element on the shutter, forming a light source generation, propagation, and reception pathway; when the elevator main shaft is subjected to a certain torque, a corresponding displacement is produced between the first optical aperture and the second optical aperture, thus measuring the change in amount of light ultimately reaching the second optical aperture so as to measure the twist angle of the rotary shaft and finally calculate the magnitude of the shaft torque. Without damaging the original equipment and foundation, the device measures the torque of the shaft at different rotational speeds. The device can measure stationary torque and torque at different rotational speeds of the shaft, without the electromagnetic field interfering with wireless transmission; the device is easy to use, maintenance costs are low, and it is of interest for widespread popularization.

The present invention provides a large-tonnage slender externally powered rail-mounted unloading skip, comprising an upper bin body and a lower bin body that are respectively formed by an inner lining plate and an outer plate fixed together via a number of pin shafts, a self-locking gate, and a gate opening device. A loading opening and a coal baffle plate that is used to block coal when the coal is loaded are arranged on the upper part of the upper bin body, a self-locking gate composed of a sector gate plate and unloading rollers is arranged on the lower bin body, a coal chute is arranged on the lower part of the self-locking gate, the upper bin body and the lower bin body are connected together through flanged connection, and channel irons are welded around the walls of the upper bin body and lower bin body respectively; when the skip is at an unloading position, externally powered telescopic push rods push the unloading rollers to move in an unloading rail of the slide block, so that the self-locking gate is opened, and the coal is unloaded along a coal chute. With the reliable connection between the upper bin body and the lower bin body, effective and convenient fixing of the lining plate, and reliable opening of the gate, the skip can meet the production requirements of 10-million tonnage large-size shafts.

A system and a method for automatically regulating the tensions of the guide ropes of a flexible cable suspension platform. The system includes a guide rope regulator mounted on a flexible cable suspension platform, a hydraulic pump station arranged on the flexible cable suspension platform, and a hydraulic system associated to the hydraulic pump station. The guide rope regulator automatically regulates the tensions of the guide ropes to enable the tensions of all the guide ropes to be consistent, so as to further ensure that the flexible cable suspension platform is in a level condition. The guide rope regulator also can measure the tension states of the guide ropes conveniently so as to ensure that the guide ropes have enough tensions to efficiently limit the swing amplitude of a lilting container. The system is simple and convenient to operate, and has a good automatic regulating effect.

The present invention discloses a device and a method for detecting the tension on a guide rope of a hanging scaffold in a construction shaft. The guide rope is released by a winch, rounds over a hoisting sheave, is connected to the hanging scaffold, and then is tensioned up; the hoisting sheave is disposed at a position above the winch, and the device comprises a slide device, two tension ropes, and a pull rope, wherein, the slide device is fitted around the guide rope, the two tension ropes are fixed to the two sides of the slide device respectively and arranged parallel to the guide rope, the pull rope is fixed to the lower part of the slide device and arranged perpendicular to the guide rope. On the basis of the basic principles of mechanics, the force applied on the guide rope can be calculated indirectly according to the proportional relation between the forces applied on the tension rope and guide rope and the lengths of the ropes. The device disclosed in the present invention is simple, and the method disclosed in the present invention is skillful. The device and method are applicable to thick and thin steel wire ropes and highly universal, and are low in cost.

An elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance. The anti-fall buffer is used for connecting and fixing an end part of a braking steel rope of an elevator. The anti-fall buffer has an upper support plate and a lower support plate, wherein a pulley set is provided on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and a hydraulic damping buffer is provided at two sides of the pulley set. The anti-fall buffer uses the energy consumption principle of a hydraulic damping hole, and while protecting the braking steel rope from the force of impact created thereon by the elevator, prevents the force of impact from a spring on the elevator post-braking, improving the safety and reliability of elevator braking, thereby improving safety of an elevator, while also using a pulley set can increase the braking distance of the braking steel rope, thereby lengthening life of the steel rope.
