Embodiments of the present invention provide a detecting method, a transmitting method and an apparatus for a common control channel. The detecting method includes: determining a candidate resource set within virtual downlink resources of a current cell. The candidate resource set can include at least one candidate resource carrying a common control channel of the current cell. A detection is performed on at least one candidate resource in the candidate resource set, so as to acquire the common control channel of the current cell. In the embodiments of the present invention, a selection range of resources for transmitting a common control channel is extended, so that inter-cell interference of the common control channel can be coordinated, and a detection performance of the common control channel can be improved.

The present invention relates to a method for determining a precoding matrix indicator, a user equipment UE, a base station eNB, and a system. The method includes: receiving a reference signal sent by a base station; selecting, based on the reference signal, a precoding matrix from a codebook, where a precoding matrix W included in the codebook is a product of two matrices W1 and W2, where W1 is a block diagonal matrix, where each block matrix is a Kronecker product of a matrix Ai and a matrix Bi; and sending a precoding matrix indicator PMI to the base station, where the PMI corresponds to the selected precoding matrix, so that the base station obtains the precoding matrix according to the PMI.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for feeding back channel state information, a user equipment, and abase station, to improve feedback precision of channel state information. The method includes: receiving a reference signal sent by a base station; selecting a precoding matrix W from a codebook according to the reference signal, where a column vector of the precoding matrix W may be expressed as α[V ejφv]T, v=[1 ejθ]; and sending a precoding matrix indicator PMI to the base station, where the PMI is corresponding to the selected precoding matrix W. The present invention may further improve quantization precision and achieve balance between overheads and the quantization precision. The base station performs precoding on a sent signal according to a fed back precoding matrix indicator, which can improve precoding precision, thereby improving a data transmission rate and system throughput.

The present invention provides a method for assigning the number of control channel candidates and the number of blind detection times, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes determining a first aggregation level set {L1i} and determining the number of EPDCCH candidates corresponding to each aggregation level in the {L1i}. {L1i} is formed by N aggregation levels supported by an EPDCCH. A second aggregation level set {L2j} is determined along with the number of EPDCCH candidates corresponding to each aggregation level in the {L2j}. {L2j} is formed by M aggregation levels supported by an EPDCCH to be detected, {L2j} is a subset of {L1i}, and the number of EPDCCH candidates corresponding to L2j in {L2j} is greater than or equal to the number of EPDCCH candidates corresponding to L2j in {L1i}.

The present invention provides a downlink channel decoding method, a downlink information transmission method, a user equipment, and a base station. The downlink channel decoding method includes: determining, by a user equipment, a resource unit occupied by a DMRS; and decoding a downlink channel based on the DMRS transmitted on the resource unit. The present invention can enable different DMRS patterns to concurrently exist on an NCT carrier. In a downlink transmission process, a DMRS pattern used for downlink transmission is determined according to priorities of different channels and/or signals, which can ensure optimal performance of a high-priority channel and/or signal, and can further improve downlink transmission performance.

The method includes receiving reference signal resource configuration information sent by a base station, where the reference signal resource configuration information includes antenna port quantity information and a resource configuration index. The method also includes determining a reference signal configuration from a reference signal configuration set according to the antenna port quantity information and the resource configuration index. The method also includes obtaining, according to the determined reference signal configuration, positions of the resource elements REs that are used to send the reference signal on the antenna ports in the antenna port set, and receiving reference signals according to the positions of the REs.

Embodiments of the present application provide an access method and device. In the embodiments of the present application, a terminal obtains, according to reference signals sent by a first transmission point and a second transmission point and a first precoding matrix, quality information of the reference signals after a channel corresponding to each transmission point is precoded, so that the terminal is capable of obtaining quality information of precoded reference signals more accurately and the first transmission point switches the terminal to an appropriate second transmission point, thereby implementing flow distribution between all transmission points and improving access reliability of the terminal.

The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, a second number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) according to a first number of PRBs, where the second number of PRBs is smaller than the first number of PRBs, and the first number of PRBs is exactly divisible by the second number of PRBs; sending, by the base station, indication information to a UE, where the indication information is used to indicate the second number of PRBs or an encoded bit repetition multiple, and the encoded bit repetition multiple is equal to the first number of PRBs divided by the second number of PRBs; and obtaining, by the UE, the encoded bit repetition multiple according to the indication information, and performing data transmission according to the encoded bit repetition multiple.

In the field of communication technologies, a method and an apparatus for acquiring a Precoding Matrix Indicator (PMI) and a Precoding Matrix (PM) are provided. The method includes: acquiring a reference PMI and a differential PMI according to a first non-differential codebook and a first diagonal differential codebook, where codewords included in the first diagonal differential codebook form a diagonal matrix. The apparatus includes a PMI acquiring module. Acquiring a reference PMI and a differential PMI according to a non-differential codebook and a diagonal differential codebook can reduce the feedback overhead or improve the feedback precision; and the fact that a codeword included in the diagonal differential codebook is a diagonal matrix can maintain amplitude characteristics (for example, a constant modulus characteristic, and a finite character set constraint characteristic) of elements of the non-differential codebook or facilitate power distribution among antennas.
