    摘要: A photovoltaic device is provided which can selectively and stably control the color of an intended exterior surface, particularly a light-incident surface side, of the photovoltaic device, and which exhibits high performance. A diffuser layer is provided on a light incident plane side of the photovoltaic device for scattering and dispersing incident light. By providing a coloring layer thereon to color incident light or using a structure where the diffuser layer itself is colored, reduction of photoelectromotive force performance is minimized while adding color to the photovoltaic device.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for manufacturing a magnetic recording tape which is free from the problems of the phenomenon of dropout as well as runout of the tape roll throughout the life of the tape. The inventive method comprises providing a coating layer on a surface of a film base of the tape having been provided with the magnetic coating layer on the other surface with a coating composition comprising a radiation-sensitive curable polymeric material, which is a thermoplastic resin modified to be radiation-sensitive with or without admixture of a thermoplastic elastomer, and a filler dispersed therein and, prior to winding of the tape into a roll, irradiating the coating layer with a high energy radiation of, preferably, electron beams whereby the coating composition is fully radiation-cured to form a backing layer of the tape.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium which comprises a plastic base film and a magnetic layer formed on one side of the base film and composed of ferromagnetic alloy powder dispersed in a resin binder, characterized in that said ferromagnetic alloy powder has a surface area of at least 48 m.sup.2 /g as measured by BDT method, said magnetic layer has a coercive force of at least 1,000 Oe and a surface roughness of at most 0.08 .mu.m, and a thermoset backing layer having a surface roughness of from 0.05 to 0.6 .mu.m is formed on the other side of the base film, the backing layer being made of a thermosetting resin composition comprising a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol copolymer, a polyurethane resin and a polyisocyanate.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium, produced by preparing a resin solution for magnetic paint having as a main component thereof a copolymer of (A) vinyl chloride, (B) a vinyl carboxylate, (C) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and (D) an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, containing 50 to 80% by weight of (A) based on the total of the amounts of (A) and (B), 60 to 90% by weight of (D) based on the total of the amounts of (C) and (D), and 1 to 5 parts by weight of the total of (C) and (D) based on 100 parts by weight of the total of (A) and (B) and having an average polymerization degree of 100 to 400, mixing 10 to 80% by weight of said resin solution weigh 90 to 20% by weight of a radiation-sensitive curing resin, blending the resultant mixture as a main component with a magnetic powder, applying the resultant magnetic paint to a non-magnetic substrate, and solidifying the applied layer of paint with radiation.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium comprises a substrate and a magnetic recording layer formed thereon and which is made of a magnetic coating material consisting essentially of a magnetic powder dispersed in a binder, the coating material containing a titanium coupling agent. The magnetic powder is coated with the coupling agent or is mixed with the agent and then dispersed in the binder. The binder is prepared by mixing and plasticizing a radiation-sensitive modified resin with a radiation-sensitive soft resin and subjecting the mixture to radiation cross-linking and polymerization. Process for producing the medium comprises coating the magnetic particles with the titanium coupling agent, blending the coated particles with the binder to form a magnetic coating material, and then applying the material to the substrate. Alternatively, the process comprises mixing the titanium coupling agent with the magnetic particles, blending the mixture with the binder, and then applying the resulting coating material to the substrate. The titanium coupling agent is used in an amount of 0.5-7 wt %, preferably 0.5-3 wt %, based on the weight of the magnetic powder.
