Abstract:
Methods of forming an integrated circuit device include forming an interlayer dielectric layer on a first surface of a semiconductor substrate and then forming an interconnect hole that extends through the interlayer dielectric layer and into the semiconductor substrate. A first sidewall spacer layer is formed on a sidewall of the interconnect hole. The semiconductor substrate at a bottom of the interconnect hole is isotropically etched to define an undercut recess in the semiconductor substrate. This etching step is performed using the first sidewall spacer layer as an etching mask. The interconnect hole and the uncut recess are then filled with a through-via electrode. A second surface of the semiconductor substrate is removed for a sufficient duration to expose the uncut recess containing the through-via electrode.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method of providing a content push service, a mobile terminal, and a method of operating a mobile terminal. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a user datagram protocol (UDP) port is set between the mobile terminal and a content push service providing server. In addition, the mobile terminal drives an application that receives the content push service through the set user datagram protocol (UDP) port, by the request of the content push service providing server. The mobile terminal receives the content push service from the content push service providing server through the driven application. Accordingly, it is not necessary to select a specific identifier for each of existing applications and recognize a specific identifier for each node of the mobile communication network.

Provided is a method for adaptive transmit power allocation in a multiuser OFDM system. The method includes: a) obtaining a channel gain for a predetermined bit period for each user at a predetermined time, and allocating all of available sub carriers to a user farthest separated among a plurality of users having a good channel gain; b) comparing a channel gain of the user allocated with the subcarrier at the step a) with an initial threshold value; c) allocating a transmit power uniformly to each of the sub carries allocated at the step a) using an Equal-power allocation algorithm if the channel gain is larger than the initial threshold value at the step b); and d) allocating a transmit power to each of the sub carriers allocated at the step a) using a water-filling power allocation algorithm if the channel gain is smaller than the initial threshold value at the step b).

A method for controlling data transmission rate in order to save waste of resources due to Non-Line Of Sight (NLOS) region when a mobile terminal passes through the NLOS region in an interactive satellite communication system is disclosed. The method includes the steps of setting at least one threshold; at a Network Control Center (NCC) adjusting allocated resources based on the Constant Resources Allocation (CRA) after detecting whether Satellite Access Control is lost or not; compensating transmission delay by reallocating if the mobile terminal returns from the NLOS region within a first threshold duration, wherein the mobile terminal maintains the fine sync state during the first threshold duration; and deallocating all resources allocated based on the CRA if the mobile terminal does not return from the NLOS region within the first threshold duration.
