摘要: A heat pump system for a vehicle may adjust a temperature of a battery module by use of one chiller that performs heat exchange between a refrigerant and a coolant, and improve heating efficiency by use of waste heat generated from an electrical component and the battery module, in increasing the flow rate of the refrigerant by operating the gas injection unit in the heating mode or the heating/dehumidification mode of the vehicle, thereby reducing power consumption of a compressor and maximizing heating performance.

摘要: A compressor mounting device can be used for mounting a compressor to a vehicle body frame. The compressor mounting device includes a main body to be mounted to the vehicle body frame through first and second frame mounting units integrally formed to one end and the other end and including first and second compressor mounting units formed to be protruded upwardly between the first and second frame mounting units so as to be mounted to first and second lugs formed in the compressor. A main bush unit is mounted to the first and second compressor mounting units and connects the compressor and the first and second compressor mounting units through the first and second lugs to lessen vibration generated from the compressor from being transmitted to the vehicle body frame through the main body.

摘要: A condenser for a vehicle includes an integrally formed receiver-drier and a plurality of stacked plates. The condenser may be used in an air conditioning having an expansion valve expanding liquid refrigerant, an evaporator evaporating the refrigerant expanded at the expansion valve through heat-exchange with air, and a compressor receiving from the evaporator and compressing gaseous refrigerant, may be provided between the compressor and the expansion valve, and may circulate coolant supplied from a radiator so as to condense the refrigerant supplied from the compressor through heat-exchange with the coolant and the refrigerant.

摘要: A centralized energy (CE) module for a vehicle includes: a base plate; a compressor mounted on the base plate and compressing refrigerant; a condenser mounted on the base plate at a location spaced apart from the compressor and heat-exchanges the compressed refrigerant supplied from the compressor with a coolant which flows into the condenser to condense the refrigerant; an evaporator mounted on the base plate at a location spaced apart from the condenser and evaporating the refrigerant supplied from an expansion valve integrally mounted through heat-exchange with the coolant which flows into the evaporator and supplying the evaporated refrigerant to the compressor; and an accumulator connected with the evaporator through the expansion valve, and supplied only a gas refrigerant among the evaporated refrigerants to the compressor while passing through the evaporator.

摘要: A radiator for a vehicle is provided. The radiator includes a first header tank that has an inlet port formed at a first side thereof to allow a coolant to flow from an engine thereinto and an outlet port formed at a second side thereof to allow the coolant to flow to the engine. A second header tank is disposed apart from the first header tank. A heat-exchanging portion fluidly connects the inlet tank and the outlet tank and includes a plurality of tubes and radiation fins to cool the coolant flowing in the tubes by exchanging heat with air. A diaphragm unit is disposed at the inside of the first header tank to prevent the coolant which flows into the inlet port from being mixed with the coolant which is exhausted from the outlet port.

摘要: A heat exchanger for a vehicle includes a heat radiating portion including first and second connecting lines formed alternately by stacking a plurality of plates, and receiving first and second operating fluids therethrough that heat-exchange with each other while circulating unmixed through the respective first and second connecting lines, a bifurcating portion connecting an inflow hole for flowing one of the first and second operating fluids with an exhaust hole for exhausting the one operating fluid to bypass the heat radiating portion according to a temperature of the one operating fluid, and a valve unit mounted at the inflow hole to selectively open one of the connecting lines by expansion and contraction of deformable material so as to flow the operating fluid selectively to the heat radiating portion or the bifurcating portion according to a temperature of the one operating fluid flowing into the inflow hole.
