The belt-shaped male base element and the belt-shaped female base element are made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 700 MPa to 1600 MPa. The engaging portion is made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 110 MPa to 560 MPa.
