摘要: Apparatus and a process for producing high purity oxygen containing not more than 1 ppm by volume of hydrocarbons. An oxygen stream containing up to about 100 ppm by volume of hydrocarbons is subjected to cryogenic temperature swing adsorption in an adsorption bed containing calcium-exchanged type X zeolite, type 5A zeolite or 13X zeolite, for the removal of the hydrocarbons and any nitrogen present in the oxygen stream.

摘要: A process for producing a substantially oxygen-free gaseous product such as argon containing not more than one ppm by volume of oxygen is disclosed. The process comprises introducing hydrogen into a gas stream which contains oxygen and moisture, contacting the gas stream with a dessicant to remove substantially all of the moisture therefrom, contacting the substantially anhydrous gas stream with an oxidation catalyst to convert substantially all of the oxygen in the gas stream to water, and contacting the resultant gas stream with a dessicant to remove the water created in the oxidation step. The product stream may be further purified to remove residual hydrogen contained therein.

摘要: Argon and nitrogen are separated from a gaseous stream containing them in combination with oxygen in a three-step process comprising introducing the gaseous stream under pressure to a noncryogenic separator to produce therein a stream enriched in nitrogen and argon, introducing said stream into a cryogenic distillation column to produce a high purity nitrogen product. An argon-rich side stream withdrawn from the cryogenic distillation column is introduced into a pressure swing adsorption unit to provide a crude argon product containing 97 percent or more of argon. The first noncryogenic separator may be a pressure swing adsorption unit or a gas diffusion zone.

摘要: There is disclosed an improved PSA process and apparatus for gas enrichment wherein the pressure levels of the vent gas stream and/or product stream are used to drive gaseous diffusion cells to produce a feed gas stream and/or a purge gas stream to be used in the pressure swing adsorption process to increase on-line production time and to utilize the waste pressure energy thereby decreasing energy requirements per unit of production.

摘要: Argon and nitrogen are produced in a basic two step process. In a first step, oxygen is removed from a compressed air feed using low temperature PSA (pressure swing adsorption). In the second step, argon and nitrogen mixture is separated by cryogenic distillation. The process yields crude liquid argon and very high purity gaseous nitrogen.

In general, one aspect can be a method that includes identifying, at a computing device, an area of interest associated with information request. The method also includes submitting to a remote computing system a request associated with the area of interest that does not identify the area of interest. The method further includes receiving, in response to the submitted request, a result corresponding to a super-area that is larger than, but includes, the area of interest. The method additionally includes identifying information within the result corresponding to the area of interest. Other implementations of this aspect include corresponding systems, apparatus, and computer program products.

Intervening content may be pre-loaded on to the device and associated with one or more particular advertisements such that selecting/interacting with the associated advertisement triggers intervening content display during known or detected periods of latency. In some cases, a latency threshold or thresholds may determine one or more types of content to present, and/or a content presentation sequence.
