The process for a conductive metal plated polyimide substrate comprises a) etching surface of the polyimide film with KOH, mixed solution of ethylene glycol and KOH, or mixed solution of CrO3 and H2SO4, b) coupling the etched surface of the polyimide film with a coupling agent, c) absorbing a catalyst on the polyimide film, d) plating a first conductive metal on the polyimide film which the catalyst was absorbed without applying current, to form a first conductive metal thin film, and e) plating a second conductive metal on the first conductive metal thin film with applying current, to form a second conductive metal thin film.

The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate; a chemical oxide buffer layer on the semiconductor substrate; a high-k gate oxide layer on the buffer layer; a gate electrode formed on the high-k gate oxide layer; and lightly doped drain and source/drain regions formed in a surface of the semiconductor substrate beside the gate electrode. By forming the buffer layer of chemical oxide on the semiconductor substrate and by forming the gate oxide layer on the buffer layer, a stable high-k material can be provided at the interface between the high-k gate oxide layer and the semiconductor substrate.

The mixed code includes a first code image region storing a first code image obtained by encoding first information using color, shading, or a combination thereof, and a second code image region storing a second code image obtained by encoding second information using color, shading, or a combination thereof. The first code image and/or the second code image includes the results of encoding interpretation information, construction information, error control information, and code direction information. The mixed code is made by adjusting the difference in color and brightness between the first and second code images to a predetermined level and combining these images.

The damper adjusts damping force thereof according to vibrated states of an object to be vibrated, and has an improved vibration-damping effect.

摘要： A drain pump and drum type washing machine having the same. The drum type washing machine is designed to prevent water, remaining in the drain pump, from being frozen, to thereby avoid malfunction of the drain pump. The drum type washing machine includes a housing defining an outer appearance of the washing machine, a water tub installed in the housing to contain water therein, a drain pump disposed below the water tub to generate a pumping force required to suction the water from the water tub and externally drain the water, and a water suction device connected with the drain pump to suction the water remaining in the drain pump. When the peripheral temperature falls below zero, the water suction device suctions the water remaining in the drain pump, such that substantially no water remains in the drain pump. The present invention prevents the water in the drain pump from being frozen, thereby avoiding a malfunction of the drain pump.
