    摘要: An LED module includes at least two LED package units and at least one connecting unit. Each LED package unit includes at least one first engaging portion, at least one first conductive portion, and at least one LED chip connected electrically to the first engaging portion. The connecting unit includes at least two second engaging portions, and at least one second conductive portion having two opposite end sections extending respectively to the second engaging portions. When the second engaging portions of the connecting unit engaged with the first engaging portions of the LED package units, respectively, the end sections of the second conductive portion contact electrically and respectively the corresponding first conductive portions so as to connect electrically the LED chips of the LED package units.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing flip-chip light emitting diode (LED) package. A recess array is formed at the top surface of a silicon wafer. Two through-wafer via holes are formed in the recess. A plurality of LED chips are flip-chip mounted in each of the recesses, respectively. Two electrodes of each LED chip are respectively covered the two via holes. An encapsulator for encapsulating each LED chip is arranged in the recess to provide a flat top surface. A metal layer is deposited on the bottom surface of the silicon wafer to electrically connecting with the electrodes through the two via holes. Metal lines which electrically connecting the electrodes are formed by patterning the metal layer. A plurality of silicon submounts, each including at least one recess, are cut off from the silicon wafer. A fluorescent layer is arranged on the top surface of the encapsulator.

The control rod has two opposite ends respectively extending towards the temperature-responsive element and the movable conductive plate. The fuse element is disposed at one of the ends. When the fuse element is melted, the control rod is disconnected from the temperature-responsive element either structurally or functionally.

    摘要: A resonant conversion control device with a very low standby power consumption has an AC-to-DC conversion unit, a DC-to-DC conversion unit, a DC-to-DC conversion control unit, and a standby mode control unit. The resonant conversion control device effectively makes use of the low switching loss characteristic of a resonant conversion device, and uses the output voltage for judgement of the system operation mode. The resonant conversion control device can control the action statuses of the AC-to-DC conversion unit and the DC-to-DC conversion unit to lower effectively the power consumption under the standby mode. Therefore, the resonant conversion control device can solve the problem of a higher standby power consumption of conventional switching power supplies and meet the requirements of future standby power standards.

The door comprises a ring-shaped door frame hingedly connected to the front surface of the cabinet at one lateral side thereof, a door glass disposed at an open center of the door frame, a grip casing mounted inside a grip hole formed at the other lateral side of the door frame for preventing the interior of the door frame from being exposed to the outside through the grip hole, and a hook assembly disposed at the grip casing for locking the door frame to the front surface of the cabinet at the other lateral side of the door frame. The interiors of the front door frame and the rear door frame are prevented from being exposed to the outside through the grip hole by the grip casing, and the hook assembly is easily and conveniently mounted to the door frame.
