摘要: A wire harness 3 includes a first electric wire 1, a second electric wire 2, connectors 8 and a tube for a harness. First markings 6 and second markings 7 are formed on the outer surface 5a of the first and second electric wires 1 and 2. The first markings 6 and second markings 7 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first and second electric wires 1 and 2. The connector 8 is attached to the end of each of the first and second electric wires 1 and 2. The second electric wire 2 is accommodated in the tube 9 for a harness in the middle. The first marking 6 on the second electric wire 2 is shorter than the first marking 6 on the first electric wire 1. The second marking 7 on the second electric wire 2 is shorter than the second marking 7 on the first electric wire 1. The interval between the markings 6 and 7 on the second electric wire 2 is shorter than the interval between the markings 6 and 7 on the first electric wire 1. This configuration can provide a wire which can be easily identified and prevent a wire harness to be assembled from being reduced in quality, and such a wire harness which can prevent the reduction in quality of itself.

摘要: An electric wire, in which a color of an outer surface of the electric wire is securely prevented from coming off, is provided. The electric wire (1) includes a core wire (4), coating (5), mark (23) and coating layer (6). The coating (5) coats the core wire (4). The mark (23) is formed on an outer surface (5a) of the coating (5). A coloring agent is allowed to adhere to the outer surface (5a), thereby forming the mark (23). The coating layer (6) is formed on the mark (23) and the outer surface (5a). The coating layer (6) consists of PVA. A thickness of the coating layer (6) consisting of PVA may be from 0.02 mm to 0.22 mm.

摘要: An electrical cable coating apparatus provides a coating layer on an outer surface of an electrical cable which is moving along a predetermined direction. A coating liquid jet unit jets a given amount of a coating liquid at regular intervals to provide a coating layer on the outer surface of the electrical cable. A storage device stores a pattern for depositing the coating liquid on the outer surface of the electrical cable. A detection device determines the moving speed of the electrical cable, and a control unit controls the coating liquid jet unit to jet a coating liquid to deposit the coating liquid on the outer surface to define the pattern based on the electrical cable moving speed.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring harness job-order production method and a wiring harness job-order production system, wherein a space for producing a wiring harness is reduced and the production efficiency of the wiring harness is improved. The wiring harness job-order production system 1 has a wiring harness assembling portion 15, an electric wire stock portion 13, and a parts stock portion 14. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs wire amount data DT1 to the electric wire stock portion 13 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from a wiring harness ordering side 38. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs parts amount data DT2 to the parts stock portion 14 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from the wiring harness ordering side 38. The electric wire stock portion 13 conveys a non-colored electric wire toward the wiring harness assembling portion 15. The parts stock portion 14 conveys non-colored parts toward the wiring harness assembling portion 15.

摘要: A viscous fluid type supplementary heat generator having a housing assembly defining a fluid containing chamber including a hermetically sealed heat generating chamber in which a viscous fluid is filled to generate heat when the viscous fluid is subjected to shearing action applied by the rotation of a rotor element rotatably arranged in the heat generating chamber. The fluid containing chamber has a predetermined substantial volume with respect to which the volume of the viscous fluid filled in the fluid containing chamber is set at a value between 50% through 70%, i.e., the filling rate of the viscous fluid relative to the substantial volume of the fluid containing chamber of the viscous fluid type heat generator is determined to be a value between 0.5 through 0.7. The determination of the filling rate of the viscous fluid is made so as to protect an oil sealing device sealing the heat generating chamber from being damaged or broken by an excessive pressure prevailing in the heat generating chamber.

摘要: A cooling and a heating system for a vehicle having a refrigerant compressor of a variable displacement type and a viscous heater of a variable heating capacity, integrated by a common, intermediate housing. A space needed for an installation into an engine compartment of a vehicle is saved, while the production cost is reduced. Furthermore, a requirement for reduction of a fuel consumption efficiency at a low outside air temperature condition and a degradation of a lubricant at a high outside air temperature condition, which are otherwise contradictory, are harmonized.

摘要: A viscous fluid type heat generator which comprises a housing assembly defining therein a heat generating chamber in which heat is generated, and a heat receiving chamber arranged adjacent to the heat generating chamber for permitting a heat exchanging fluid to circulate therethrough to receive heat transferred from the heat generating chamber. A drive shaft is rotatably supported by the housing assembly and is operationally connected to an external rotation-drive source. A rotor element is mounted onto and driven by the drive shaft for rotation within the heat generating chamber. A viscous fluid is held in a gap defined between the inner wall surfaces of the heat generating chamber and the outer surfaces of the rotor element, for heat generation under shearing stress applied by the rotating rotor element. A temperature sensor is provided to detect a temperature of a part of the viscous fluid flowing in an outer peripheral region of the gap. Heat generation suppressing means is provided for suppressing the heat generation of the viscous fluid under the shearing stress when the temperature of the part of the viscous fluid, detected by the temperature sensor, exceeds a predetermined limit temperature.
