摘要: A working vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump (e.g., a variable displacement pump) with a delivery flow rate controlled by load sensing control, a second hydraulic pump (e.g., a fixed displacement pump), at least one working-machine-related control valve to control at least one working-machine-related hydraulic actuator, a power shift valve to control at least one traveling-power-transmission-related hydraulic actuator, and a power steering controller to control a steering-related hydraulic actuator. The at least one working-machine-related control valve is provided in a first hydraulic system supplied with hydraulic fluid by the first hydraulic pump, and at least one of the power shift valve or the power steering controller is provided in a second hydraulic system supplied with hydraulic fluid by the second hydraulic pump.

摘要: An aerator implements a drive system with an outboard transmission(s) in which the transmission(s) is arranged outwardly of a frame rail(s) of the aerator's chassis to deliver power to both a drive wheel(s) and a driven set of tines of a tine assembly. The tine assembly may include at least one non-driven or freewheeling set of tines between outer sets of driven tines. An adjustable depth control system allows for selecting a tine depth that can achieved through a single button push that lowers the tine assembly to the selected depth.

摘要: A front end accessory drive (FEAD) for a military vehicle. The FEAD includes a first belt, a second belt, multiple accessories, an electric motor-generator, at least one other accessory, and a sprag clutch. The accessories and the electric motor-generator are coupled with the first belt. The at least one other accessory, the first belt, and the second belt are coupled with the sprag clutch. The second belt is configured to couple with an output shaft of an engine of the military vehicle and be driven by the output shaft of the engine to drive the sprag clutch. The sprag clutch is thereby configured to drive the at least one other accessory and the first belt, and the first belt is thereby configured to drive the plurality of accessories, and the electric motor-generator.

摘要: A clutched pulley assembly mountable to the shaft of a motor-generator unit (MGU) has a first sheave, with first spline teeth, rotatably mounted to the MGU shaft, and a second sheave, with second spline teeth, fixed to the MGU shaft. A slider gear with slider gear spline teeth is axially moveable between a torque transfer position, where the slider gear spline teeth simultaneously intermesh with the spline teeth of the first and second sheaves to operatively connect the sheaves to each other, and a torque cut-off position, where the slider gear spline teeth intermesh with the second sheave spline teeth but not the first sheave spline teeth so as to operatively disconnect the sheaves. An actuator drives the slider gear between the torque transfer and cut-off positions. The pulley assembly can be used in a stand-cooling mode wherein the engine is stopped but the MGU powers a load.

摘要: A vehicle drive device includes a drive shaft to be driven by a drive source, a rotation transmission unit that transmits rotation input from the drive shaft to a wheel, a mechanical oil pump that generates a hydraulic pressure by the rotation of the drive shaft, an electric oil pump that electrically generates a hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic control device that supplies lubricating oil to the rotation transmission unit based on the hydraulic pressures generated by the mechanical oil pump and the electric oil pump, a drive circuit that controls electric power to be supplied to the electric oil pump, and a control unit that controls a drive condition of the drive circuit. The control unit stops the drive circuit and shuts down the electric oil pump when a temperature of refrigerant for cooling the drive circuit is equal to or higher than a third start temperature.

摘要: In an aspect, a decoupler is provided for mounting to a shaft in an accessory drive between an engine and an accessory in a vehicle. The decoupler includes a pulley, a hub, a wrap spring clutch, an isolation spring, and a carrier that is positioned to hold an end of the wrap spring clutch and an end of the isolation spring. The carrier has a slot for holding the end of the wrap spring clutch and wherein the slot has a slot exit through which the wrap spring clutch exits from the slot to wrap around an exterior of the carrier. The carrier has a bridge configured to fail before the end wall fails. This permits the carrier to open radially so as to bring the end wall into abutment with a wall of the pulley reducing stress in the end wall.

The accessory drive is positioned to receive a mechanical input from the engine and the electromagnetic device. The controller is configured to selectively engage a plurality of operational modes including a standby mode and a hybrid mode. According to the standby mode, the controller is configured to operate the electromagnetic device using stored energy stored in the battery system to drive the accessory drive with the engine off. According to the hybrid mode, the controller is configured to operate both the engine and the electromagnetic device.
