    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring harness job-order production method and a wiring harness job-order production system, wherein a space for producing a wiring harness is reduced and the production efficiency of the wiring harness is improved. The wiring harness job-order production system 1 has a wiring harness assembling portion 15, an electric wire stock portion 13, and a parts stock portion 14. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs wire amount data DT1 to the electric wire stock portion 13 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from a wiring harness ordering side 38. The wiring harness assembling portion 15 outputs parts amount data DT2 to the parts stock portion 14 when the wiring harness assembling portion 15 receives an order from the wiring harness ordering side 38. The electric wire stock portion 13 conveys a non-colored electric wire toward the wiring harness assembling portion 15. The parts stock portion 14 conveys non-colored parts toward the wiring harness assembling portion 15.

    摘要: Provided is an order-receiving production system and so on of a wire and wiring harness, by which the cost of the wire and a product using the wire can be prevented from increasing and the resource-saving can be attained. An order-receiving production system 1 of a wiring harness includes a wire-producing department 14, a wiring harness-assembling department 15 and a production control department 16. The production control department 16 forwards a first ordered quantity data D1, second ordered quantity data D2 and third ordered quantity data D3, each data meeting the received ordered data D, to a resin-producing department 44, core wire-producing department 45 and additive-producing department 46, respectively. The departments 44, 45 and 46 produce a pellet, core wire and additive with the respective necessary amount, respectively, and send them to the wire-producing department 14. The wire-producing department 14 extrudes a mixture of the pellets and additive onto a circumference of the core wire while simultaneously mixing the pellets and additive so that the core wire is coated with the mixture, and sends the wire produced to the wiring harness-assembling department 15 for assembling a wiring harness.

    摘要: In a carbon thread, vapor phase growth carbon fiber (VGCF) are dispersedly contained in a carbon matrix. The carbon thread is produced by forming a thread-like element from a mixture of VGCF and carbonizable carbon-containing compound and then by heat-treating the thread-like element to effect carbonization thereon. The thread-like element may be formed either by melt-spinning or solution-spinning the mixture, or by impregnably adhering the mixture onto a thread of heat resisting fibers. The carbonized carbon thread thus obtained may be subjected to further heat treatment to graphitize the carbon thread.

    摘要: A terminal attachment structure includes a circuit assembly and a terminal attached to the circuit assembly. The circuit assembly has an insulating substrate and a circuit printed on the insulating substrate. The terminal is composed of a circuit-contact part, a connecting part to be connected with a mating terminal and a cradle part arranged between the circuit-contact part and the connecting part. When a force directing the insulating substrate is applied on the connecting part, the cradle part operates to receive the force. Accordingly, the circuit-contact part does not rise from the insulating substrate, so that tottering of the terminal against the circuit assembly can be prevented.
