    摘要: A mechanical latch assembly includes a supporting frame, a locking latch, an actuation arrangement and a safety lock arrangement. The locking latch is slidably mounted on said supporting frame in longitudinally movable manner. The actuation arrangement includes an actuation handle pivotally connected to said supporting frame to longitudinally drive said locking latch moving between a locked position an unlocked position. Moreover, the safety lock arrangement includes a locker member movably mounted on said supporting frame, wherein said locker member has a slider slot formed thereon to define a pusher surface and an opposed retracting surface, and a thermal activated arm substantially extended from said supporting frame to slidably pass through said slider slot of said locker member at a safety temperature, and adapted to deflect to push said locker member at said pusher surface at an elevated operation temperature.

    摘要: A two component catalyst activator comprises: 1) a Lewis acidic organoboron (or an orgonoaluminum) component; and 2) a component defined by the formula AOSO2R wherein A is a pseudo cationic group and R is a hydrocarbyl or substituted hydrocarbyl. The catalyst activator is used in combination with a transition metal catalyst for the polymerization of olefins. The catalyst activator provides improved catalyst activities. It is especially useful in solution polymerizations because of desirable solubility characteristics in comparison to the borate salts used in prior activators.

    摘要: The well reference apparatus and method of the present invention includes a reference member preferably permanently installed within the borehole at a preferred depth and orientation in one trip into the well. The reference member provides a permanent reference for the location of all operations, particularly in a multi-lateral well. The assembly of the present invention includes disposing the reference member on the end of a pipe string. An orienting tool such as an MWD collar is disposed in the pipe string above the reference member. This assembly is lowered into the borehole on the pipe string. Once the preferred depth is attained, the MWD is activated to determine the orientation of the reference member. If the reference member is not oriented in the preferred direction, the pipe string is rotated to align the reference member in the preferred direction. This process is repeated for further corrective action and to verify the proper orientation of the reference member. Upon achieving the proper orientation of the reference member, the reference member is set within the borehole and the pipe string is disconnected from the reference member and retrieved.

    摘要: A system for distributed phased array multiple input multiple output (DPA-MIMO) communications is disclosed. The system includes beamforming (BF) modules. Each BF module comprises a beamforming antenna, a downconverter that downconverts a beamformed antenna radio frequency signal to an intermediate frequency signal, and an upconverter that upconverts an intermediate frequency signal to a radio frequency signal and sends said radio frequency signal to said beamforming antenna for transmission. The system further includes intermediate frequency (IF) radios. Each IF radio comprises a downconverter that downconverts an intermediate frequency signal sent from a BF module to a baseband signal, and an upconverter that upconverts said baseband signal to an intermediate frequency signal that is transmitted to a beamforming module. The system can be designed for a wearable virtual reality (VR) device, a VR base station, an automotive vehicle, an aerial vehicle, a high altitude platform (HAP) system, and a foldable handheld device.
