    摘要: A handover with carrier aggregation is provided. A method of assisting handover of a user equipment from a source wireless access node to a target wireless access node, for use in a wireless access network having a plurality of carrier frequencies and a plurality of cells in which a cell and a carrier frequency may be configured as a component carrier, and in which at least two component carriers may be aggregated for communication between the user equipment and the source wireless access node, the aggregated component carriers comprising a primary component carrier and at least one secondary component carrier comprises the step of selecting, at the source wireless access node, a first carrier frequency to be configured as a primary component carrier for communication with the target wireless access node after handover, and selecting, at the target wireless access node, a second carrier frequency to be configured as a secondary component carrier for communication with the target wireless access node after handover.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for efficiently controlling a minimization of drive test (MDT) in a plurality of public land mobile networks (PLMNs). The method for controlling an MDT of a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a tracking-area update; receiving a logged measurement configuration message; determining whether or not the received logged measurement configuration message comprises an MDT PLMN list; and a applying, if the MDT PLMN is comprised, the MDT PLMN list to the MDT. The method and apparatus according to the present invention may efficiently control an MDT in a plurality of PLMNs.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are provided for receiving system information during inter-cell movement of a user equipment (UE) in a network sharing (NS) system. The UE moves from a previous cell to a new cell. After the movement, the UE compares a public land mobile network (PLMN) identity indicating a PLMN to which the previous cell belongs, with a PLMN identity indicating a PLMN to which the new cell belongs. If the PLMN identity of the new cell is equal to the PLMN identity of the previous cell, the UE sets system information blocks that it has received and stored in the previous cell, as system information of the new cell. If the PLMN identity of the new cell is not equal to the PLMN identity of the previous cell, the UE receives system information blocks with ‘Area scopes Cell and PLMN’ from the new cell, considering that the system information for the previous cell will be invalid in the new cell.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for initiating communications on a shared channel in a mobile communication system are provided. A user equipment transmits an uplink signal for requesting communications on the shared channel to a Node B, and waits for a delay duration without monitoring a downlink after transmitting the uplink signal. When the delay duration has elapsed, the user equipment monitors the downlink during a valid period and determines whether a downlink signal responding to the uplink signal is received in a transmission time interval within the valid period. When the downlink signal is received in the valid period, the user equipment transmits and receives data on the shared channel.
