摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for resource allocation signaling in a high efficiency wireless local area network (WLAN) are disclosed. A transmitter may identify a first indicator identifying a number of multi-user multiple-input/multiple-output (MU-MIMO) stations associated with a first resource unit (RU) in a first content channel of a transmission frame. The transmitter may generate a first common portion of a WLAN signaling field in the first content channel. The first common portion may include the first indicator. The transmitter may identify a second indicator identifying an absence of MU-MIMO stations associated with a second RU in a second content channel of the transmission frame. The transmitter may generate a second common portion of the WLAN signaling field in the second content channel. The second common portion may include the second indicator. The transmitter may transmit the transmission frame including the WLAN signaling field.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for multi-link aggregation in wireless communications. In one aspect, an apparatus includes a multi-link operation device configured to generate and output for transmission a message indicating a mapping of each of a plurality of traffic identifiers (TIDs) to one or more parameters associated with each of a plurality of wireless links. In some aspects, another apparatus may obtain a message via at least one of a plurality of wireless links indicating a mapping of each of a plurality of TIDs to one or more parameters associated with each the plurality of wireless links, obtain a sequence of packets associated with at least one of the plurality of TIDs via one or more of the plurality of wireless links, and process the sequence of packets based on the mapping indicated via the message.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for improved handling of adjacent channel interference in multi-link aggregation scenarios. In accordance with the described techniques, a device may establish a set of wireless links for communication with a second device, the set of wireless links supporting parallel transmission during at least a first duration of a multi-link session, the set of wireless links including at least a first wireless link and a second wireless link. The device may modify a transmission parameter for the first wireless link or a clear channel assessment (CCA) parameter for the second wireless link, or a combination thereof. The device may then perform the CCA procedure on the second wireless link and transmit at least a first portion of the message on the first wireless link based on the modified transmission parameter or modified CCA parameter.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for managing uplink access in a wireless local area network. A station (STA) may inform an access point (AP) of uplink quality of service (QoS) parameters for a traffic flow from the STA. The AP may control uplink resources to satisfy the QoS parameters. For example, the AP may select from among different access modes (including a single user (SU) access mode, an uplink multi-user (UL-MU) scheduled access mode, a multi-user enhanced distributed controlled access (MU EDCA) access mode, or a low latency (LL) access mode). The AP may cause the STA to use a SU access mode or the LL access mode if the UL-MU scheduled access mode and the MU EDCA access mode are not sufficient to satisfy the uplink QoS parameters for the traffic flow.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for implementing a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) protocol in a wireless local area network (WLAN). In some aspects, a first WLAN device may transmit a first HARQ frame to a second WLAN device. The first WLAN device may determine whether a first feedback message received from the second WLAN device includes HARQ acknowledgement information or non-HARQ acknowledgment information. The first feedback message may be a HARQ Block Acknowledgement (H-BA) message having a multi-station Block ACK (M-BA) frame format that includes HARQ acknowledgment information. The first WLAN device may transmit a second HARQ frame to the second WLAN device in response to determining the first feedback message includes the HARQ acknowledgment information. The first WLAN device may transmit a non-HARQ frame in response to determining the first feedback message includes non-HARQ acknowledgement information.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for signaling between an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) and a non-AP MLD that support multi-link communication in a wireless local area network (WLAN). In some implementations, a multi-link association may include a first link (referred to as an anchor link) and one or more other links (referred to as auxiliary links). The signaling may include control information to activate or deactivate auxiliary links dynamically based on communication load, throughput requirements, or quality of service (QoS). The signaling also may include requests, acknowledgments, or negotiation regarding multi-link connections. Furthermore, signaling and timing information may be used to coordinate when auxiliary links are used for communication or when to promote an auxiliary link to an anchor link.
