    摘要: An imaging apparatus includes: a three-dimensional substrate in which a partition wall (11) having an opening (10a) at a central portion is formed so as to cross an inner cavity; an optical filter (5) that is fixed on a first flat surface (12) of both surfaces of the partition wall so as to cover the opening; a semiconductor imaging device (4) that is face-down mounted on a second flat surface (13) of the partition wall with an imaging area (4a) facing the opening; and an optical system for forming images that is installed on a side of the optical filter in the inner cavity of the three-dimensional substrate. The opening of the partition wall is dosed on both sides with the optical filter and the semiconductor imaging device so as to form a cavity. An air passage (12a) for allowing communication between the cavity and an exterior of the three-dimensional substrate is formed on the first flat surface, and has a labyrinth structure that causes a flow rate of air passing through the air passage to vary depending on a location in the air passage. This allows air circulation between the exterior and a cavity enclosed by a semiconductor imaging device and an optical filter, while suppressing the entry of foreign matter from the exterior into the cavity via an airflow caused by expansion/contraction of air.

    摘要: Light that has entered a lens held by a barrel portion of a three-dimensional circuit board transmitting virtually no visible light enters a semiconductor imaging device held inside the three-dimensional circuit board. On the side opposite to the barrel portion, the three-dimensional circuit board is provided with a flexible printed circuit for sending a signal to and receiving a signal from the semiconductor imaging device. The region of the flexible printed circuit facing the semiconductor imaging device has sufficient shielding characteristics in a range sensitive to light reception by the semiconductor imaging device. This makes it possible to provide a sufficient shield against a light beam entering from the back surface of the semiconductor imaging device, so that the image quality does not deteriorate even when a conventional shielding sheet is not used. Since the shielding sheet becomes unnecessary, it is possible to reduce the cost of the shielding sheet itself and the number of steps of bonding the shielding sheet. Furthermore, the thickness corresponding to the shielding sheet and the adhesive can be reduced.

    摘要: A floppy disk system is provided which includes a pair of magnetic heads each consisting of a slider with which a magnetic disk moves in contact and a magnetic core which is formed in the slider and has formed therein a magnetic gap. The magnetic heads holds the magnetic disk therebetween to record or reproduce information signals on or from the magnetic disk. The disk contact surface of each of the sliders is polished to have a surface roughness of 2 to 8 nmRa for avoiding the stick-slip between the magnetic heads and the magnetic disk, thereby decreasing the start torque of a spindle motor required for rotating the disk.
