    摘要: A high-temperature connectorized thermocouple probe assembly for use in land gas turbine environments consistent with the present invention comprises a thermocouple junction having a plurality of conductors, a high temperature connector having at least one conductor, a length of cable having at least one conductor coupling at least one of the conductors of the thermocouple junction with at least one conductor of the high temperature connector; and a bushing disposed around the length of cable. In a further aspect, a land gas turbine system consistent with the present invention comprises a land gas turbine and a thermocouple probe assembly disposed at least partly within the land gas turbine, wherein the thermocouple probe assembly comprises a thermocouple junction and a high temperature connector coupled to the thermocouple junction, and wherein the thermocouple probe assembly is removably connected to, or is adapted for removable connection to, the land gas turbine via the high temperature connector. The land gas turbine system may further comprise a device for housing the thermocouple probe assembly, wherein the thermocouple probe assembly further comprises a length of cable coupling the thermocouple junction with the high temperature connector and a bushing disposed around the length of cable, wherein the bushing is adapted to mate with a corresponding stop in the device for housing the thermocouple probe assembly. The high temperature connector may be adapted to operate in a temperature of at least approximately 800 degrees F.

In addition, The present invention provides a method comprising the steps of a) dipping a substrate having at least one aluminum surface in an acid solution, and applying oxidation voltage of 10 to 400 V to the substrate so as to form an aluminum oxide layer on the aluminum surface of the substrate in such a manner that a plurality of continued recesses are formed on the aluminum oxide layer, and a plurality of continued recesses having curvature in identical direction to that of the recesses on the aluminum oxide layer are formed on an interface between the aluminum oxide layer and the substrate; b) removing the aluminum oxide layer from the substrate, thereby forming a plurality of continued hemispherical recesses; and c) forming an organic material layer and an electrode on one surface of the substrate formed with the hemispherical recesses.

The stud is adapted to receive thereon a conductive element electrically connected to a thermocouple cable, the stud being electrically isolated from and mechanically coupled to the contact element. The thermocouple cable is coupled to the thermocouple sensing junction via an interface between the conductive element and the contact element when the conductive element is disposed about the stud and seated on the contact element. In still another aspect, a method of reducing thermocouple error consistent with the invention comprises: in a thermocouple junction box having a stud fixedly disposed in relation to a contact element, electrically isolating the stud from the contact element.
