Abstract:
A device and method for managing spectrum resources and a wireless communication device and method are provided. The method for managing spectrum resources of a wireless communication system according to the disclosure includes: acquiring resource utilization parameter information of a communication device to be managed, the resource utilization parameter information including the number of antennas; and determining spectrum resource allocation to the communication device based on the resource utilization parameter information. The method for managing spectrum resources enriches contents of signaling interaction between a communication device and a device for managing spectrum resources in a wireless communication system, thereby making it possible to sufficiently utilize a possible spatial freedom degree of a communication device in a multi-antenna system, and to efficiently reduce interference between communication devices or communication systems.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method in a wireless communication system. In the wireless communication system, a master device provides a data forwarding service for one or plural slave devices, a master device side apparatus including: a monitoring unit, configured to monitor a predetermined trigger event relating to a change in state of the master device; a handover pre-measurement control unit, configured to respond to the predetermined trigger event by controlling the handover pre-measurement of the one or plural slave devices; and a handover measurement control unit, configured to control, based on the handover pre-measurement results, the handover measurement of the one or plural slave devices. The apparatus and method can accelerate start time of effective link handover in a dynamic network, reduce unnecessary link handover, and reduce delays and data loss caused by link failure.
Abstract:
A wireless communication device and a wireless communication method. The wireless communication device includes one or more processors. The processor is configured to estimate an equivalent channel from a base station to user equipment based on a user equipment specific reference signal from the base station, and generate, according to the estimated equivalent channel, a channel state indication used to be fed back to the base station.
Abstract:
A mobile management handover system includes circuitry that determines available resources of candidate target handover cells of a user device. The circuitry then select a target handover cell from the candidate target handover cells based on at least one of the available resources of each of the candidate target handover cells and a residency duration of the user device within the candidate target handover cells, and requests reservation of the available resources by the target handover cell.
