摘要: A portable key apparatus previously stores key identifying information, and outputs the key identifying information to a locker during locking the locker. The locker previously stores locker identifying information, and outputs the locker identifying information to the portable key apparatus during locking the locker. The portable key apparatus stores the locker identifying information received during locking the locker, and the locker stores the key identifying information received during locking the locker. The portable key apparatus outputs the stored locker identifying information and key identifying information to the locker during unlocking the locker. The locker checks the locker identifying information and key identifying information received during unlocking the locker with the key identifying information and locker identifying information stored thereon and decides the adequacy of unlocking of the locker based on the checked result.

摘要: A band-gap type constant voltage generating circuit is produced in a semiconductor chip, and has a first potential terminal and a second potential terminal. A band-gap circuit includes first and second transistors having respective bases connected to each other, a first resistor connected between emitters of the first and second transistors, and a second resistor connected between the emitter of the second transistor and the first potential terminal. A constant voltage production circuit is provided between the first and second potential terminals to produce and output a constant voltage based on a base-emitter voltage of the second transistor of the band-gap circuit, and the constant voltage is fed as a feedback signal to the base of the second transistor of the band-gap circuit. A driver circuit is provided between the first and second potential terminals and connected to collectors of the first and second transistors to drive the band-gap circuit. The driver circuit is constituted such that an influence of absolute process fluctuation, to which the semiconductor chip is subjected during a production process thereof, is eliminated from the constant voltage.

摘要: A digital data reproducing apparatus and method are provided, which are capable of reproducing both digital audio data from the main body of the apparatus and digital data from an external interface, using a simple construction. A main body of the apparatus processes first digital data, an interface receives, from an external device independent of the main body, second digital data having a sampling rate asynchronous with and different from a sampling rate of the first digital data, the first and second digital data being reproduced by the main body. The first digital data are oversampled at a frequency n times the sampling rate of the first digital data. The first digital data oversampled by the filter device and the second digital data input via the interface are added together, and the resulting data are converted into an analog signal.
